Location location location !! It was right on the beach short walk thru the sand dunes. We parked our car and never moved it- we walked to restaurants, shopping everything was right there! Only draw back is condo is on the 3rd floor so lots of walking up steps but you have the best view of the ocean

Jennifer is an amazing host and her property is fabulous. Perfect location right on the beach and so close to so many fun things to do. I wish we stayed longer than a weekend! Having towels and linens provided for you is a huge help as well when you’re already packing so many things. The kitchen has all you need. The balcony is a great large size and the condo was bigger than I expected. The parking spot for this particular unit is pretty tight but we got our minivan in there with no issues. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place is a gem - rooms are spacious, the host is very responsive, and the location and view are the best OC has to offer. And you’ll get your steps in - lots of stairs to the unit but we didn’t mind, it made it feel very private and quiet. One thing I wish was clear is they clearly have a dog because our allergies were acting up and we saw dog hair in the door jams and under the sheets. And they didn’t have toilet paper/paper towels or soaps for the kitchen/bbathrooms - maybe I missed this on the listing but bring your own! Neither of these things take away from how great this rental is we will just come better prepared next time.

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult sons and their fiances and a last minute guest…my sister! Plenty of room for all of us. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the very large covered deck watching the waves roll in. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and prepare sandwiches for the beach on the large counter top. Plenty of space for food storage as well. There were several walkable restaurants and a Ron John Surf shop as well as an upscale boutique, trendy cafe and Dunkin right across the street. …Fager’s Island was everyone’s favorite but we also drove to Saltwater 75 one night and loved the atmosphere and sunset at both. It was very convenient to run back and forth from our beach spot to the condo for snacks and the restroom etc. Our entire crew of 7 said they all loved it and had the best time. That’s hard to do:) Both thumbs up for this condo! Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer was most responsive. We had no problems with the location, condo, access to the beach or any amenities. It was as described. The parking is very tight with a low ceiling. We had a minivan that barely fit. It is a walkup condo on the third floor, so you will get your exercise. The beachfront view is wonderful! The rooms are sizable and for our family of 5, we had more than enough space and beds. We enjoyed our time in Ocean City and had a beautiful place to stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. My wife & I plus two kids, each with friend. Right size for 6 people. The Midtown location was perfect to give kids the freedom to walk for food and activities. Beach was full but not crowded. Oceanfront location was perfect for the stormy day we had - played board games and hung out while looking out at the ocean.

Unbeatable ocean and beach views with colorful sunrises! 3rd floor neighbors rented to high school kids during our visit and were loud 2 nights even after midnight which was not enjoyable. My friend and I loved our stay! The unit was very clean and the host was responsive to all of our questions. The balcony was amazing and the location is great! The only negative is the full-sized bedroom isn't super comfortable. It was only me in there so it was okay, but two people in that bed wouldn't be comfortable in my opinion. It felt more like a cot, and there's no closet in that room. Having said that, we'd still love to return next year!

The property is exactly as advertised, but better than we expected, with the primary living area/kitchen, master bedroom and ocean front balcony all being larger than we have seen at some other ocean condo rentals. There was plenty of room for our family - including two teenage boys and our 9-year-old daughter - to spread out over the course of the week. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive, but I didn't really even need to reach out because there were no issues with the place all week.
The five of us ate dinner together on the balcony most nights, the view was great. Beach access is as easy as it gets. Plenty of shops and stores in the immediate vicinity for adults and kids (we let the teenagers wander when they got bored, as teenagers inevitably do).
As the listing warns, while you get a private parking spot, it has a very low ceiling, so our car didn't fit. But there was plenty of street parking all week, we never had an issue finding a space. If that's a concern, drive a sedan to the beach and not a SUV.

The condo was a wonderful place to spend a week. Updated bathrooms, very nice primary bedroom, lovely view of the ocean. Everything we needed to cook and serve food was in the kitchen. The location is great, we walked to a lot of places for dinner and other activities. Very quiet at night, no loud neighbors. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This was our first time staying in a condo when visiting OCMD, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. From the second I booked the condo to checking out, the host was responsive and made checking in very easy. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our view from the balcony was incredible, and made it truly hard to say goodbye. The short walk to the beach came in handy with an 8 year old who LOVES the beach so much. We will definitely be coming back next year and stay longer!

This apartment is incredible! We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend and had the best time. All of the girls kept commenting on how cool the apartment was. The beds were super comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the location was amazing! We were a short walk to most places that we went to and we enjoyed playing board games on the balcony at night. Jennifer was very responsive and an excellent host!

This adorable condo comfortably fit our family of 6. Outfitted with bright colors and overlooking the ocean it had everything we needed. An information binder was left on the counter with recommendations for activities and restaurants. You could tell the owner put a lot of thought into guests comfort.
