All of the staff was very friendly. I loved the pool and how close the beach was! We honestly didn’t even go to boardwalk we just enjoyed our stay and had the best family time!

Staff. I asked for a broom to clean the sand, and they gave me it.

I mean I didn’t expect much since it was the cheapest hotel available for the time of our stay. I have family that lives in ocean city so I ended up not staying in the hotel once I saw how dirty it was. The floors were sooooooo sandy and gross in October time and the room smelt like mold. I was with young children so I couldn’t stay there.

The pool was big
The room was *disgustingly* dirty. The pillows, silverware, cups, plates, bathroom floor, bed box springs, sand all over the floors…not a corner of the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival. When I asked for extra towels to clean the room myself, it took housekeeping over an hour to get them to us, delaying us going to dinner. The smell of weed everywhere was overwhelming. The smell was especially strong coming from maintenance office around the corner from our room. He had to have been lit all day Friday and Saturday. It was really an experience like no other… a complete circus. We would’ve changed hotels, but everything else was booked up for the weekend already..

Beach view is a joke- my beach view was 2 dumpsters. The bathrooms need to be updated. The air conditioning was sub par. The floor was filthy. The whole room smelled like marijuana

the other guest were loud and scary. I didn’t know what the commotion was and I felt like my family could be in danger. I was looking out the window to make sure that commotion wasn’t coming to us. with mass shootings happening , I had to be on alert

Getting to the room was the only challenge. There was confusion on how to get to the room from the new staff member!

The price was not bad for it being close to the beach. The beds were comfortable.
There were mice turds in the drawers and what looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower. It didn't appear very clean in regards to tables and thr bathroom. Shower curtain was disgusting. We had to clean everything before we got settled in.

Location was great! Close to many restaurants, the beach, and nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful too! Lots of parking and very well lit at night. Loved the bright colors of the room too!
Definitely could use more upkeep/upgrades. Some of the furniture in the room and some things in the bathroom had cosmetic damage which made it look a little dingey.

The location is nice. This is a decent place to stay if you arent expecting much. I like that

Nothing but the location
Smells bad, got charged daily for parking (which is unheard of) Nothing is clean, facilities very old, door to balcony not secure, Room service and staff basically nonexistent. no outside rinse off station for when you come off from the beach. Not even a hose. Which they probably would’ve charged me for as well. They also did not disclose the $50 deposit they demand upon check-in. So when I checked it it cost me an extra $75 that I did not account for. I cannot stress enough how horribly dirty this place is.

Room was GREAT! Spacious and comfortable. It had a great kitchenette so we didn't have to go out to eat for every meal. Very close to the beach. Very convenient!
The only thing I was not a fan of was the fact that there was no elevator. So having to brag all our bags and stuff up and down 3 flights everytime we went to the pool and the beach ect..

The hotel could have been cleaner, My husband has a prosthetic and there is no elevator. I wish I would have known ahead of time that our room would have been on the third floor.

Location of hotel on coastal highway made it convenient to get to restaurants and little local stores.
The Wi-Fi hook up in the room was horrible pixie picture screen sometime and without Wi-Fi for about a day and a half

I like the location. It's in the beach and there are good restaurants close to the hotel
The oil out couch had dirty sheets. The masters to the pull out couch was filthy. The room was worn out including the rug.
