Très bien entretenu et très spacieux, 1530 pieds carrés, condo au dernier étage sur le bloc océan situé dans le quartier très convoité d'Ocean City! Un tout nouveau système HVAC à la pointe de la technologie installé en février 2019 pour garantir une fraîcheur et un confort garantis après une journée à la plage !!
Le condo a une cheminée, une connexion Internet Wi-Fi haut débit, 60 'HDTV, lecteur Blu-ray, une grande chambre principale avec un dressing et une salle de bain, et une cuisine spacieuse avec des comptoirs en grès massif. Le condo est professionnellement décoré pour votre détente et votre plaisir pendant votre séjour!
Le condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale qui a une salle de bain principale avec une douche séparée et une baignoire jacuzzi. Les 3 chambres ont des téléviseurs avec un téléviseur HD 43 'dans la chambre principale.

This was a perfect spot for our tournament at the convention center. The condo was just steps to the beach, and across the Main Street from the bay where there are bars, restaurants, and shops for the kids. Everything in the condo was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

We just stayed at this property for 2 days and it was great. Walking distance to the beach, to local stores and bars…. Super convenient. The apartment was clean and communication with the host, when needed was super easy and he responded right away. I would recommend it to friends and family and I’m looking forward to come back in the future as a family.

The photos are an accurate reflection of the property. The bunk bed room has new furniture and linens. The rest of the rooms could use updating but it doesn’t take away from the stay. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was available when the WiFi wasn’t available on one of the bedroom tvs. Also the parking spot is right outside the elevator!

We have had many years of various family vacations at the Delaware Beaches and in Ocean City, MD. I have to say that our stay in this Whispering Sands condo unit was our ultimate favorite. The unit is quite spacious and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook some great meals and having Belly Busters next door provided the Teenagers with great food options for lunches when they got tired of lunch meats. We were able to ride our bikes to the boardwalk every morning, which we loved. Having the unit so close to the ocean, less than a minute walk, was super convenient. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely spectacular ! The owner is super friendly and responded to every question within minutes of my reaching out. Again, this was our family's favorite beach experience and we hopefully be able to repeat the experience in the future !

First time condo rental in OC so I have no rental experiences to compare. The location on 45th was perfect for us being so close to beach and easy to take baby back and forth for naps etc. The condo size and layout was wonderful for 5 adults and one 18-month-old. Big kitchen and dining table. The cart to carry stuff up the elevator was much appreciated. Grateful for the 2 parking spaces and it was not difficult to find a 3rd spot within a block or so. Plenty of pantry and closet storage. We actually put the baby’s pack and play in the master bathroom for sleep because she is so used to being in her own room. Worked great and she slept later than at home! Definitely will choose this condo again in the future if the party size stays about the same.

We were thrilled to return to this condo for the 2nd year in a row. Love the location being so close to the beach! The private pool for the condo is great for younger kids since it only goes to 4 feet. Good communication with the owner before and during our stay. We left an item behind and he was kind and mailed it to us.

Wow .... where to begin . Our family has been renting in OC for over 30 years . Hands down, this is 1 of the best properties we have ever stayed at!! The views of the Ocean and Bay from the 4th floor balcony are just stunning. Balcony is very big. I could of sat out there all day and night! Bedrooms are spacious and roomy. Kitchen and LR are open with plenty of room for your entire family ( we had 8). Kitchen was fully stocked w/ pots, pans , utensils. Check was a breeze and Rick allowed us in a little early since we had our 6 month old with us. Plenty of xtra's( beach chairs, beach toys, beach games, dvds, family games, coupon guides, cards) in the condo which everyone loved. Love this location!! Belly Busters (next to condo) . Mini golf and Tap bar (across street) . Seacrets and Macky's bayside (3-4 blocks away). Bus stop to inlet - across the street. Rick, thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing condo and I hope we have the opportunity to rent again next summer . We can't wait!

We absolutely loved our stay at Whispering Pines! This was our first time in OCMD and I feel like we hit the jackpot. Condo was as pictured, clean, and in a great area. Could walk to restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf. Beautiful sunset views of the bay from the balcony. Pool is small but was perfect for our family with young children. It ranges from 3-4 feet and has a sitting ledge as well. It was never crowded. Unit was quiet, we didn’t hear the other guests in neighboring condos. Condo has an elevator and a wheeled cart for easy move in/out. Be sure to look under all the sinks if you think you forgot something as there were some items there such as soap and toothbrushes. Tons of pillows and throw blankets in the closets too. Oh also some beach chairs and toys in the closet! Communication with owner was very prompt and professional. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean; it is cheerfully decorated. It was fantastic to have available parking for two cars under the building. Spacious with excellent storage/closets so everything can be put away and not under foot. A lot of extras there that we didn’t know because it was our first stay but definitely not our last. The owner was prompt to reply any time I reached out to him. Overall an excellent stay.

The place was great and just as described. It was one block from a beautiful spot on the beach. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner was very responsive and gave us a bunch of suggestions about places to eat and activities. We would definitely come back in the future.
