2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Condo!!!
Le condo est de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. L'unité est côté océan, donc pas besoin de traverser de rue pour atteindre la plage. Vous êtes à moins de 50 pieds du sable. Le plancher de l'unité entière se compose de bois franc, de carreaux ou de marbre. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. Vous verrez la vue depuis le balcon avant privé ainsi que le salon est vraiment à couper le souffle quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Il y a deux places de stationnement garanties avec l'unité ainsi qu'un parking gratuit dans la rue juste en face de l'unité. Les draps, serviettes, oreillers personnels et tous les produits en papier doivent être fournis par le locataire. Le coût est une courbe en forme de cloche culminant en juillet et août. J'accepte les locations à la semaine ou au mois uniquement pendant la haute saison. En dehors de juillet ou août, nous pouvons discuter d'un coût par nuit si vous le souhaitez. Des rabais sont appliqués pour plusieurs semaines louées. J'organise un service de nettoyage. Désolé, aucune personne âgée du secondaire ou du collège n'est acceptée.

Great space for families. Be prepared to bring your own soap, paper goods, linens and bedding. Amazing location for getting to/from the beach. Its the end condo unit so you can just make out the sun shining on the water and sand at the end of 36 St. I would stay here again.

We had an awesome time this past week! One major reason for that was the condition and location of our rental property. I have been working with Kevin since 2019 and he has been awesome! We are already looking forward to next year!

This place is my family’s new favorite vacation condo. Host was very friendly and helpful with check in when I messaged him with an email issue I had because I didn’t receive the room number. But actually I did find the email with the attachment so it was an issue on my end. Location is perfect for us, the unit being an end unit is also a plus. We were there over senior week and had no problem with noise or any issues at all with any other people.

The property was well maintained and in great condition, overall. It was good to know ahead of time to bring all necessary bedding, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels, linens etc).
The location was fantastic, beach view from patio. A short drive to the boardwalk, or a long walk. short walk to Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th.

Great condo, great location, and great owner. This is my go to place to stay in OC. I've stayed several times throughout the years. The condo is clean and Kevin (owner) communicates well and makes the process a breeze.

Great place to stay. It had every we needed. Great location, very close to the beach. Only 1 flight of stairs, end unit (even had an elevator). Very quiet building with plenty of parking. It is exactly what you would want for a ocean city rental condo. I will definitely try to rent this unit again if for my next trip.

Easy beach access, close to main strip and convention center, plenty of closet/dresser space and beds. Accommodated 8 people nicely with the pull out bed in the spacious living room.

We had such a wonderful experience! The condo was the perfect comfortable size for a family of 4 with and unused bed and room to spare! Only steps from the beach, very clean and equipped with all that we needed (we brought our own bedding and towels as requested). We look forward to renting this awesome spot again! Thanks Kevin!! 💕

First time renting other than a hotel.. beautiful and very clean. Loved the use of a kitchen . We wish there was a small broom and dust pan for us to keep the floors clean. Definitely opening for more bookings in the future

This was a great spot, easy access to all the fun in town, and close to the beach. It has all the main core amenities you have at home so it felt like a extension of home and its in a safe spot for the kids to go out and play and run down to the beach if they wanted to. Overall loved it had a great vacation and look forwad to next year.

Amazing location. It's literally a 2 min 36 second walk to the beach. Unit is always clean and there's enough space. I always appreciate the opportunity to rent here every year. Hope to return in 2023.

This rental is in a great location!! Kevin is so easy to contact if needed. For the asking price, 2 bedrooms (4 beds:queen,double,and 2 twins), full kitchen, living room/dining room, tvs in every room, and all the included utilities it made for a great vacation! I wish there was a way we could rent the linens/towels in the future…but word to the wise- vacuum sealed bags work great and hold A LOT of linens when conserving space in your vehicle. We hope to return and stay here again next summer. ALSO: VERY COOL!! Surfing lessons take place right on the beach entrance off of this 36th street…we plan on doing that next summer!! Thanks again for letting us rent the week!!

Awesome Experience Year in and Year Out.
We have been renting off Kevin for four years now and each year is better than the last. The location is awesome, the condition of the condo is great, and the communication between myself and Kevin is always timely and friendly. We plan on renting at this location for years to come.

GREAT location
Our family was visiting for the OC Air Show. We were able to see most of the show from the beach outside of the condo. The location of the condo is in a great spot! Close to everything! The only critique we would have is that the furniture in the condo was not comfortable and very dated. An upgrade on the living room furniture would make this place absolutely perfect! We will definitely rent again!

Nicely furnished condo in a great location.
This worked our well for us as it was within walking distance of the convention center. I recommend that you provide instructions for the television such as which remote to use for which function and what source is for TV, how to access Netflix, etc.

Nice place for a weekend trip
The unit was clean and in the condition indicated online. We ended up spending a good amount of time in the unit due to weather and found it to suit us well. It is slightly dated, but if you are at the beach to enjoy the beach, then this place will suit you perfectly.
