House was very clean and well equipped for its size. Perfect for two or three people, and the nice large kitchen was perfect for our needs.
P.S. Front porch is an oasis for cigar smokers.

The property is located 15 minutes from Ocean City and is in a good location. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. Bunk bed has a futon mattress on the bottom. We are not large people but the full size bed was the biggest bed in the home and felt small. The bed also had a fair amount of dust and hair in between the mattress and frame. We also had to put the bedding on all of the mattresses and pillows when we arrived. We also had to remove all the bedding and put it in a laundry bag as we departed. I felt like this is the hosts responsibility. These instructions came with check in check out process after payment. The kitchen table was dirty as well. There were cleaning products in the home and we used them to do the additional cleaning to eat our first meal when we arrived. We had to work to eat, sleep, and leave. Didn’t feel like we were hosted at all. Felt like we were the cleaning crew that got to stay. If you don’t wanna do any work on your vacation this is not the place to stay.

The house is very cute and clean. The location is perfectly located in the middle of OCMD, Assateague, and Frontier water park. The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly.

This is our 3rd year staying at this location, and we absolutely love it! The house is always exceptionally clean, and provided with towels, linens, etc. The neighborhood is quite, and our dogs love the area and have become well adjusted to traveling there. Deb is always easy to contact and responsive. Cannot say enough great things about this rental!

Deb is amazing, very responsive and friendly, and the house is great at a great location. Appliances really work and the only thing I personally didn’t like is the soft mattress, but that’s a personal opinion and all in all we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Great place to stay when you’re down at the shore. Out of the way and pet friendly with a yard, but not so out of the way you can’t be a ton of place within 20-30 minutes.

The location was perfect & we were allowed to have our furbaby with us, the only complaint I have is the size of the bed. There’s a bunk bed in one room & the other has a double. My husband is 6’3” & his feet hung off the edge of the bed. But everything else was great! Enclosed porch, big kitchen, off road parking, everything else was great!!

This is our second year staying at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint! The house is always clean, stocked with essential items (towels, pots/pans, dishes, etc), and there even some items available for use from previous renters. Great, quiet location, but still close enough to enjoy a day or night out. Easy check in process and Debra is always friendly and responds promptly. Will definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect location for our several trips to Assateague National Seashore. It is a dog friendly property which is why we chose this house. There was plenty of room for my 2 dogs to explore the grounds and we walked every day up the shady dead end road next to the house. The central air was great and all amenities as shown on the listing and more were great. A Food Lion and Dollar General are nearby for any necessities. Our family enjoyed the screened in porch especially when it rained. The Assateague Crab House on the way to Assateague seashore is a must!! We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little property!!

This little house is close to anything you might want to do in Ocean City and the surrounding area. It's dog friendly with lots of space to play

Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The double bed was smaller than what we are used to, but we were comfortable. We did not use the 2nd bedroom, which had a bunk bed suitable for children. A great cottage for 2 people during a mostly rainy week stay. Smoking is allowed on the enclosed porch; as a non-smoker, I would prefer smoking be limited to outside. We would stay here again.

Updated house in a country setting. Good for a small, young family. Located on a busy road and the view is not the greatest. Outside of the house is deceiving to what the inside looks like. House could use some minor repairs.

Location of the house was great. Quick drive to downtown Berlin or Ocean City. The house was spotless, each bed had fresh linens. Communication with Deb was also great, she was very responsive.

House was spotless. Check-in was super easy. The location was perfect. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our 2 small dogs. We prepared most of our meals at the house and easily found the utensils, pots and pans and dishes we needed. There are a couple of stores very near the house so it’s super easy and convenient to pick up groceries. The only thing that could be improved upon, in my opinion, is the lower bunk bed in the second bedroom which creaked VERY loudly. Other than that - the house was perfect and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle for when we wanted some quiet time. The house is comfortable and cozy. A major plus for us is that it is pet friendly. We have stayed at both of Debs properties and have never had any problems. We definitely will stay again.

Clean and nice. Smaller than expected. The picture showed no other nearby houses, so I expected it to be somewhat secluded. It definitely was not. The host was easy to work with.

As a 5 person household with 3 boys ages 15,14 and 10, this was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer . The floors were all tiled/ wood, no carpet so if any messes were mad it was easy to clean up. One of my boys accidentally dropped and broke a mug while we were there and the owner was very kind about it. She was easy to communicate with. It had all the basic things people often need when being somewhere for a couple days but don't normally think about, like foil, all cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet paper, basic spices for cooking. I would definitely do it again. It was nice knowing we wouldn't have to be crowded into a hotel room or two. It also has a convenient driveway that was easy to find.

House was better than expected…spotlessly cleaned and everything we needed for our stay outside of actual groceries. The house and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great area to walk our dog. Highly recommend this location for your family vacation. Close to Assateague beach and Ocean city without being in the mad rush. And downtown Berlin was quite the treat! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Little House
We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a perfect location to Assateague, Ocean City and many restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to walk our dog in the yard and was thankful previous renters also cleaned up after their dog. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome location 15 minutes from OC main land, we love to visit but prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect spot to relax and have our fur baby with us.
