La promenade commence sur la 28ème rue, à quelques pâtés de maisons, idéal pour une promenade ou louer des vélos et montent dans la matinée de. Piscine sur place devant le bâtiment adjacent pour l'enfant et de l'adulte.
Pour de l'adulte il ya beaucoup de restaurants raffinés à proximité de l'hôtel Hilton, hôtel Dunes Manor, un restaurant italien. Ceux qui recherchent la vie nocturne, de Seacret, Fish Tales, Salty Dog, et un bar karaoké le Sandtrap sur le coin. This is our second year staying here and my family loves it!

For a last minute 4th of July booking I was pretty happy. Easy check in and communication was QUICK. I didn’t realize check out was 10am since it is typically 11am but they were super nice about me being a little late checking out. They even called me to tell me I left my charger there and left it for me to come pick it up.

We really enjoyed our time in Ocean City. The condo was exactly like the photos. Check-in was a little confusing but it was because I booked last minute. The condo was very accommodating and had a great view of the amusement park and the bay. This location is only a few blocks away from the ocean. We did have a concern with the comfort level of the pull out couch. In an effort to allow the kids to sleep in and so we could have coffee in the morning, participate in virtual meetings for work, etc. we decided to sleep on the pull out. It was less than ideal and left us with back aches. Everything else within the condo was absolutely amazing. The kids said the bed was like sleeping on a cloud but a new mattress is definitely needed for the pull out couch.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had all the utensils we needed for cooking/eating. It had beautiful views all around. Very short walking distances to the beach, waterpark/gocarts, stores ans food. Thank you for an amazing stay in your condo!

We loved our stay! Patricia was great to work with. We had a slight issue and she addressed it right away. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was great, close to everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and clean condo with the exception of the balcony step which is dangerous and a safety issue.
The 1st day we arrived I went directly to the balcony opened the door and the step down is higher than normal and I fell hard on my right side and being older I'm surprised I didn't break my hip but ended up in bed my whole stay. Bummer I was there to meet my fiancee's family from all over the U.S. Never got to meet them.

Refreshing Mini-beach Getaway
We had a wonderful mini-vacation in Ocean City. Pat and Jim's home was clean, welcoming, and quite comfortable. Although the home is on the 4th floor, the extra steps helped shave off some of the extra calories eaten during our stay! It's a close walk to the beach, go-carts and mini golf - lots for kids and teens to do. So many choices for dinner - we loved Tino's Mexican, Fish Tales and even ventured off the strip to Paul and Vinny's for some pizza and hoagies. Our only regret is that we didn't add an extra day to our stay. Next time for sure!

Wonderful little place!
This condo was so cute and clean! It was on the 4th floor, but that is clearly stated, so don't act surprised when you have to walk up steps! We didn't mind the steps, it was good exercise! The walk to the beach was easy and so much else within walking distance. Checking in and out was easy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was cute - two full beds, pull out couch, full kitchen! Balcony view out to neighborhood. Overall, great location! Quick walk to beach, near amusement park, and good eating places. 7 mins drive to boardwalk.

Home Away From Home
This property has an amazing view and close to everything! The pool was clean, the condo felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend staying here. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and entertainment! We will be back!

Long weekend getaway
Patricia’s condo is in a great location! Across the street from Barn 34, 2-3 blocks to the beach, and within walking distance to many eating and entertainment establishments. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay!

Would recommend going the weekend of the car event unless you want extremely high tickets and Uncontrollable people running around causing issues had to leave early and completely ruined my truck

Exactly what we wanted
Great location and walking distance to pretty much everything. Also really enjoyed a short trip to assateague Island. Very clean and well equipped condo. Will definitely recommend to others

The condo was very clean and decorated really nice. The location was great, close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and lots of things to do.
Our only complaint was that the beds were so uncomfortable. My husband and I took the bedroom and had our daughter and her friend on the pullout couch. Our bed sank in the center and would make so much noise any time you move. The girls said that the sofa bar ran through their backs. So we rearranged sleeping arrangements, girls to one bed in the bedroom, I was in the other bed, and my husband slept on the couch (not pulled out). Not what I had in mind for our vacation.
New beds and a mattress topper on the couch would make this place a 10!

This condo is perfect. The stairs gave us a nice workout but the location can’t be beat. Close to many restaurants and right around the corner from our family’s time share. We will definitely be back!!

Great place for our short vacation
Everything we needed for our short trip at a great rate. Nicely decorated and the size was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. The location was good and pool was decent. The 4th floor walk wasn't bad. Only thing we didn't care for..which probably was previous renters fault...the refrigerator and freezer reeked of fish. I know it's the beach...but it was overwhelming. Otherwise, it was great.
