We spent a weekend celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. They loved that the boardwalk, amusement park, shops were just downstairs. I appreciated the new doors and windows that kept the outside sounds outside. The description of the property was accurate and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (although the coffee mugs were teeny tiny). The unit was clean upon arrival. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone who wants to be close to the action.

This property was great for our family of 7. We’ve stayed at numerous locations along the boardwalk and this was the best. It was nice having the private spot in the parking garage, but we didn’t realize our car top cargo carrier would not fit. We did find it in the information after the fact, but just something to think about.

Place was spacious and in a great location. It was clean and had plenty of supplies in kitchen as well as beach chairs and toys. We truly enjoyed our stay. Views was amazing.

We rented a condo that was ocean view and it did not disappoint. We had a blast!

We had a nice time. We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk. We feel some of the inside furniture could be much nicer, the outdoor patio set really needs to be replaced, the coffee pot is terrible, looks really old and does not stay warm very long. We realize these properties are rentals, but for what you pay for the stay you expect the unit to be really nice.

The property was nice. The major problem was the keyless entry and code that was not sufficient. After several attempts and back and forth from the garage and trying to keep my sanity, the code given my group was not correct. Unfortunately, we heard many people who had the same complaints.
We attempted to call, Steve, the owner, and his resolve for us was that put all the information in the packet and if I follow through, there should not be a problem opening the door. Well, there were many problems with that. Finally, after about an hour or so, we called Steve again. At this point, I was extremely embarrassed in front of my family. This was supposed to be a treat from me especially to my father because I lost my mom January this year, and my father is still grieving. Although my father was ok with the inconveniences, I was not. Finally, after calling Steve once again, he realized that the code had to be reset. SMH - During our stay, someone always had to stay in the room because we did not want to leave the property unlocked.
Regardless of the mishaps, we made the best of the situation. I was very upset, but I will be ok. However, I will never stay in Steve's properties again. When we were leaving, a lady in the office for another rental agency told us that Steve's properties always have many complaints.
Rent at your own risk!!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting on the $50.00 refund.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was amazing. The photos do not do it justice! It is perfectly located on the boardwalk.
We thought there was an issue with the thermostat and called the office, they were willing to be there within 10 minutes. It ended up being nothing but I was so impressed with their responsiveness.
I would love to stay with them again in the future.

Place is fantastic! Right on board walk but high enough floor that not too loud. Walking distance to all things OC has to offer. There is also a small grocery like food store that sells beer and wine that is a block away so easy to stock up without having to get back in car. The view of the ocean is amazing and unobstructed. The place was very clean, beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in each bedroom and the family room area has good seating options so all can relax and enjoy the view or watch tv. Kitchen is nice. We did not do any cooking so I cannot comment on Kitchen supplies but the few things we did need they had- plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, etc. Hope to stay at this great place again!

The condo and owners were fabulous. Such a pretty and spacious condo. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, beach, and relaxation. The surprise fireworks we watched from the balcony on Monday night were amazing. Def go for the linen package, it was well worth it. A suggestion for improvement would be to replace the master bedroom vertical blinds in the near future, but other than that - our quick trip was perfect!

There are things that need to be fixed/addressed within the unit (showerhead in master bath is wonky, saddles are missing in king bedrooms which leaves carpet staples exposed and dangerous), but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This property was great for our extended family (5 adults, 1 child). The ocean views from the balcony were spectacular, and it was great to be so close to the beach and boardwalk pier. The primary suite was exceptionally large and well-appointed. We were worried about the noise, but it quietened down at 11 pm as expected so we slept well every night. Thanks for a fabulous stay — we will definitely be back.

Property was as listed. It worked well for our family. Only issue, my fault, was location. Very busy at lower end of boardwalk and had some outside fighting which brought police in wee hours of morning

Great location! We were in town for the sand soccer tournament and airshow weekend and the location was perfect! No need to move your car for anything over the weekend. Trundle bunk in 3rd bedroom was great for adding extra space in the kids bedroom. Two spots in the garage was also convenient. Very clean and adding on the linen package was helpful, especially since bunk beds and trundle were made!

This condo was the perfect size and location for our 7 member family outing. Kids from 10 months to 6 years old, plus parents and grandparents enjoyed our long weekend. Parking is a great plus, especially for two vehicles. A great place for families who might not live close, to meet and stay together.

Great location for sunfest. Condo very clean and spacious. The only issue we had was 2 of the ladies are 5’1 tall.; And the two king beds are very high. There was no step stool so one lady used a buck turned over to be able to get into the bed. Would definitely return. Owners answered all questions promptly and pleasantly.

We had an amazing stay in Ocean City, Maryland. Although the weather impacted our plans, the unit was large enough to be inside with plenty of room. When we did leave we never had to drive because everything is walking distance. Above all, I must say the communication with the owners was amazing from start to finish. I love the location and parking is secured so is your entrance n exiting we had a ocean front view w the 🎡 to our right n view was spectacular everything was all around us plenty of room for my family n friends, great living rm space kitchen, huge master bedroom w king bed extremely spacious n comfortable, bath two huge mirror closets my only concern I like room darkening curtains you provided blinds but they didn't really last n broke off when we tried to open or close, so we had the ferris wheel lights in our faces during the night. It was a very spacious condo totally clean and told my Hubby that I would definitely be interested in coming back here many times ...we were able to call the people who were in charge of the condo and they responded and answered everything at any time w my learning disability it was very much appreciated 😊 literally cannot wait to bring myself n family back , the roof top pool was a great place n walking right out to the beach was great too,we were here for my Daughter's Bachelorette Party spur of the moment reservation s were made it was an amazing time we cannot even thank you enough. I 😔 sadly think I forgot n left behind my daughter's beige sheep baby pillow 😫 and if u somehow find it please 🙏 contact me it was apart of my children's baby stuff and I take it w me to have a piece of them w me wherever I go

The location of the condo is perfect! It was nice to have family able to spread out and enjoy the space, the balcony is nice overlooking the boardwalk and everything you need is within walking distance. Parking and getting to the condo was a little tricky to figure out at first as you park on the second floor and your condo is on the 7th floor but after a few minutes of figuring it out the rest of the week was smooth would definitely recommend staying here!

We were in Ocean City for a graduation and celebration of the graduates. This location was perfect for our stay. In between the various planned events, we enjoyed the Boardwalk being right downstairs, some great people watching, and the comforts of home.

My favorite part about the whole stay was the housing, I loved getting to come back to it. It was beautifully decorated, didn’t have any smells like smoke or plug in fragrances, it was homey and peaceful. The view was beautiful. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the area. I didn’t realize we were going right into party central for ocean city. So this area is not family friendly. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and we saw a completely naked person on the boardwalk… among other things. So not family friendly. Also I could hear very loud bass music from either above us or next to us, through the walls. And we had noise makers to help drown out unfamiliar sounds and I could still hear it. None of this is the owners fault, obviously. I just wish I had known all this before coming with a family. So if this helps out another family with young kids, that’s all I’m trying to do. Loved the housing, very clean, very homey, everything you need is there. We ate a lot there in home due to dietary restrictions, so we didn’t eat out a lot.
Also if you have the doors open for fresh air; don’t expect it consistently. We had to close our doors often because people around us were smoking and it was quite strong.

You can’t beat the location and the view from this condo!!! Both were great, however, there is a downside as well. Since you are above the boardwalk area, you are going to have noise disruptions well into the night and early morning hours. The noises are from both your fellow vacationers as well as street performers who play till midnight and beyond sometimes. Loud (poor) karaoke singing can be heard most nights from your fellow vacationers. However, you get great views of the beach concerts and drone light show!
For the price of the rental for the week, I expected a more updated condo in better condition. Shower heads, jets in master bathroom tub, fixtures in general, furniture, and appliances all show wear and tear and need replacement! Oven was a mess! Toilets were not cleaned well, but the rest of the condo was decent. Need to replace patio furniture cushions and table for sure! Beds were VERY comfortable! I would recommend that the owner use a different linen service as our towels were in ROUGH shape…..VERY WORN! Loved the sizes of the TVs in each room! Communications from owner was very timely and thorough, but I would have appreciated some personal recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in the area…..had to research myself and rely on reviews. Condo is spacious and we were quite comfortable there!

Our family enjoyed this condo! Beautiful views the condo was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable! The only thing confusing is figuring out the inside of the condo complex which elevators to take to get you in the parking garage ect but we quickly learned. The elevators are very slow but that’s obviously the complex’s issue. Also the host is VERY responsive which is a great thing if you have questions/concerns. When we tried to close our blinds in the living room the spinner to shut them was laying on the floor broke and Steve had someone out there the next morning to try and fix it for our stay. Would recommend to any friends and family looking to stay in OC & if we visit again in the future we will defiantly be back!

Overall it was a great stay in an amazing location. The condo was exactly as advertised, very spacious. However the sliding door to the balcony did not work and we could only access the balcony through the master bedroom. The sliding door was off the track and too heavy to move. The hanging blinds on the balcony doors were also broken. That was our only complaint. I wish those would have been fixed prior to us checking in. Other than that, great experience!

Wonderful property, great location, all you need for a good time
We were lucky to find this property. The location is within walking distance of most of the things we like to do at Ocean City; rides, boardwalk food, arcade, beach, pool, beach shopping, ... The garage made getting to mini-golf and the go carts easy and convenient. We really appreciated the two king beds with what seemed like new Casper mattresses...very comfy.
