This did not provide enough parking. They were not helpful in finding parking. I have never had a problem like this before. Most condos have at least 2 spots and you are able to pay for extra if needed. Capri had nothing to offer

I've stayed in several condos in OC over the past few years. This is easily one of the best of them. Very clean, great views, and helpful owner. I would definitely stay here again.
The attendant may tell you there is only one parking space during check-in. That is not correct, this condo has two. Get the owner involved if the attendant doesn't issue a second permit.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy. The balcony view was breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the sundeck. :) Beach access was perfect. Location is right in the heart of OC, close to restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc. We'd like to return next year!

The condo was beautiful and clean! We loved everything about it. The view from the balcony was amazing. We like being away from the crowds and this location was perfect. Just enough nearby but not crazy like the boardwalk area. We would love to come back for a longer visit someday!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and stores across the street for anything we forgot. We had a little hiccup with parking spaces for 2 vehicles, but a text to the owner had it resolved in 15 minutes. Alex was very attentive to our concerns and answered immediately. Definitely will stay again.

My wife and I took her parents and grandparents along with our children and had an amazing stay! The communication with the property owner was awesome, was always available to answer if there was a question I had or to explain anything. The property itself was super clean and the view was breathtaking. 5star stay. would definitely try to book here in the future!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Capri. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing. The location to the beach made it so easy for our family. Great property except for a few things. Pool is lame and indoors. It would be nice late or early season but it’s in a greenhouse and all closed up. Must have been over 100 degrees inside by the pool. The kitchen utensils and glasses could use an upgrade, and the dryer is a fire hazard and Burnt some of our clothes.

Great beachfront location and a comfortable condo allowed our family to enjoy our three nights in Ocean City. The Capri building could do with some improvement in common areas but everything works and the elevators are prompt. I hadn’t been to OC in many years so it was good to see how zoning has managed development while preserving the area’s natural coastal beauty. Hope to revisit soon!

The condo was very nice/spacious & the property manager was very helpful with any concerns. There was a leak issue that they said we current but a large bubble developed in the wall so that needs to be fixed. View of the ocean was beautiful.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the 15th floor and the elevators were pretty regular. The indoor pool is open til 10 most nights. Our ocean front balcony did not disappoint. Overall wonderful experience!

Family weekend at the shore
This property is wonderful. It is right on the beach, so you can go to walk on the beach any time you want. It has a large balcony that faces the ocean. We loved sitting out there in the evening talking and listening to the ocean. It was so relaxing. The condo is clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo layout
We had a great trip here. The condo balcony is the best place to be, aside from in the surf. We weren't familiar with staying in a big building where things like waiting in line for your turn up an elevator is a thing, but we quickly learned the ropes. The parking space this condo gets is PRIMO, and you will understand once you get there. Communication with property manager was prompt and helpful. We did see some dust accumulation in a couple spots but we communicated that and I'm sure it was taken care of for the next renter. Enjoy the beach!

Great for tall people!
My husband is 6'7" and it is difficult to find a King bed without a footboard. This one was low enough that covering it with a blanket worked fine. My sons are 6'3". The other beds did not have footboards so no issue there.
I inquired about parking and the owner was quick to respond and suggested it may be difficult to park a Ford 150 and he was so right. These buildings were built before SUV's and trucks were common, I'm glad we took his advice.
Also, the balcony is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Mostly Great
We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the unit. Finally, one that comfortably accommodated our family of six. Check in and parking was a bit of a hassle . One of our spots was occupied by someone else and we were told to just take another spot. We later received a knock at the door and an unfriendly exchange with our eldest son who didn’t even know our spot had been taken and that we had been told to just park somewhere else. Then received threats of being towed. My husband immediately came in from beach to speak with management when our son called down about management coming to our room. Not a great impression especially considering we just did as we were told...
Other than that, and the quite unappealing dirtiness of the hallways, and lock that is very challenging to open on unit door, we were quite pleased overall. Great location and great unit.

Best place to stay in OC
We have been staying at this condo for years now. The owner keeps the kitchen fully stocked and has all the best upgrades. This place is also walking distance to great restaurants and stores. We never have to move our car once parked. With COVID limiting travel, we actually stayed 3 times this year. I felt completely safe inside the condo. Lastly, the owner is always super responsive and nice. We will be back again next year.

Condo was very clean and had lots of room! Balcony was large with direct, oceanfront views! Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Easy to deal with owner who responded quickly whenever I needed. Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular! Oleg was a great host and was available for questions and help. The condo is roomy and had everything we needed. It was a great place for a relaxed beach get away. If you don’t love the sand, but love the ocean, just enjoy the view on the balcony. Amazing sunrises! Hope to go back next year.

Beautiful and Spacious
Amazing ocean front view on an enormous balcony. The condo is very spacious, we had 7 people and it never felt crowded. The weekend was more chaotic because they only let 1 family on an elevator at a time so a few times we waited 15 minutes at least to get up to our floor.
We would definitely rent this condo again.

Only problem which really wasnt a problem was the hot water for shower, you have to let it run before getting any, but we worked it out and enjoyed our stay.
