Comfortable room with a good view
Buildings are a little "tired", and unusual to have to cart luggage up to 3rd level without a lift ...

The pool area and waffles for breakfast!
The resort was walking distance to the wedding venue we attended.
The toilet was a bit smelly.
No lifts in the building, initially we weee told we were on the 3rd floor but the staff were able to kindly relocate us to the 1st floor.

Its location, clean, lovely staff.
Having to park our car underneath in the car park and then take our bags from the car up the steep driveway and then around to our room. Up the stairs 4 lots of them. No lift? My husband has a bad knee so going up all those stairs wasn’t good.

great facilities and the rooms were very comfortable. shower and spa bath were excellent.
we enjoyed the day by the pool one of our days and were very happy you could order food and drinks from the bar to enjoy. some of the day beds maybe need to be updated as they are a bit ratty but otherwise very nice.
the buffet breakfast sadly was a real let down. for the price we were expecting a bit more variety and what was there wasn't great overall the buffet was a bit sad so we didn't go again.

We only stayed for one night and ate at the concert venue, but enjoyed our breakfast with dear Goldcoast friends the next morning. It was very good.
We were on the top floor and struggle with stairs and luggage, so it would be perfect if there was a lift.

We had all the facilities I needed for my stay. Staff were friendly and quick to assist. Free on-site parking is always nice, too. Overall, nice and quiet place to stay.
I stayed there in 2006 and the interior of the rooms have not changed since then. The coffee at the bar was awful. Ordered a mocha and there was half a cup given to me, mostly warm foam and no chocolate added.

Buffet breakfast was amazing, good variety and staff was very friendly
No sound proofing, no coffee maker provided (false advertising - was provided with an old kettle) and the bed was made poorly, no hospital corners. I found it very inconvenience when in the bath / shower you have to get out to go into the shower to get to body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This to me is a hazard waiting to happen. My room also had cobwebs in the corners... extremely disappointing.

The Air conditioner didn’t work, bed sheets were stiff
There was no room service as stated on site no Microsoft or cutlery, sing booked very disappointed!!

We stay here very frequently for sporting events this time the room needed some work bathroom moldy around shower and did not appear cleaned well.
Older style furniture in this room needed upgrade and preference for bedside tables each side of bed

All of the staff were amazing, friendly helpful and doing their jobs very well.
We arrived early and they allowed us to check in then. Thankyou.
Spa was very small in our room.

Pools are lovely, staff was very accommodating. Food was good.
The numbers on the buildings were very confusing. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so you were terrified to set the fire alarm off. WiFi is spotty.
