Breakfast is very good. Varieties of food. Really enjoyed with the menu. Keep it up. Tq.
Wifi is very poor. Should improve & upgrade the internet.

The room is nice.
Surrounding is noisy. Construction site behind the hotel was so annoying. Sound of ground drilling even on Saturday.

The location was good. Easy access to anything in town.
Made to understand that they are in the midst of upgrading the rooms floor by floor. The aircond in the room was not that cold but not too hot too. But it would be nice to have a controller so the guests can manually control the temperature. Buffet breakfast was so-so. Need to improve on food quality. Egg station needs improvement and consistency. Some food was bland and its such a shame to see wastages.

Spacious and clean room, sumptous and tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
No lift from basement parking, poor TV reception,. Noisy construction on the next lot, even on saturday.

The geographical location is good. In the center of Ipoh.
There is a construction site just directly outside the room which is very noisy the whole day. Also i asked twice for an invoice for my stay, via Booking after i left, they saw my messages and they didn't bother to reply to me.

Some foods were very hard to chew.

The rooms at hotel are old. Many electrical appliances not working. Toilets were old. No hot water. Very dirty.
