The location is not far from the bus station and an easy walk to the downtown square. Staff were very helpful in making it right however they could.

The breakfast could have been warmer, especially the eggs…and crusty bread vs sliced.

Good breakfast. Very friendly service. The room was cozy and clean, with good size. The bathroom was also nice with a good shower.

The balcony is a French balcony and on a noisy street, so we didn't use it.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay at Tirana. The kindness of people working there is amazing specially Lusien and Nardi. The location was great, very close to the city center and other main places. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay!!!

Clean and beautiful hotel, our room was very tidy and modern, AC works well. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Friendly staff, especially the albanian lady is very lovely. Easy to find, good location at the city center. Card payment.

This place is a real find in Tirana. Located near the Ring Center, but tucked away off of the busy street, it is a beautiful and modern facility with friendly staff. The room was immaculate and well-equipped for relaxation. The wi-fi was excellent, and the free breakfast provided a good selection of foods. I plan to make this my go-to spot when visiting the city.

Good hotel. The decor is a bit kitsch, but I see the look that they were going for. When I went, it was obviously a brand new hotel since the staff seemed to still be learning the ropes, but was very friendly and amicable either way. The rooms are small and they lack natural lighting. For Tirana, it’s a great hotel. Good value for money. There is parking available in the hotel front yard. That is a luxury in this city. Location is very central and at an easy walking-distance to the best restaurants and spots in the city.
