The location of this property was absolutely fantastic. Off the main highway just enough that you could easily access the stores and the National seashore, but close enough that if you wanted the OC boardwalk experience, you could get there reasonably fast. There were some minor things with the house that we encountered but the owner was receptive and helped us troubleshoot.

This house was perfect for our family. We really liked the fact that the pier was in walking distance and so we’re both of the pools. Had a great time.

My 4 young kids and extended family had a great experience at this house for two weeks. The neighborhood, of course is amazing, and we loved how many rooms and places to sleep there were! Surprisingly, a lot of room! We also were very impressed with the barbecue grill, which performed perfectly. The owners were extremely responsive to all our questions. The place does have a little wear on it, which is to be expected with the house that is pet friendly, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Overall things were excellent. Very clean and the house was huge. Had everything we needed and the property manager was on top of things with any questions we had. Thank you again and hopefully we can rent this property in the future.

The house is beautiful! The pictures do not do justice in capturing the beauty of this place! The only thing wrong was the broken items throughout the house. The ice maker/water doesn't work on the fridge, the oven glass was broke, a couple broken spindles on the staircases, and the AC in the attic gave us problems. All very minor things, if you're not picky. The broken spindles were a little troubling to us due to us having small children running around.
Overall, a wonderful place to vacation ☺️ It just needs a few small fixes and it would be perfect!

It was a great place to stay. Centrally located to everything, Golf, Beach, Marinas and shopping. The house is equipped nicely. The only thing was there was no vacuum or cleaning supplies. Ten of us stayed a week, 6 adults and 4 children, ages 16 to 4. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice location, close to Ocean City and Assateague NP. Berlin is also well worth a visit, nice little town with interesting shops and great restaurants. The house could use some updating, carpets have stains, tv in living room is a little dated, and could use some sports channels. Living room could also use some more seating and front porch has just 2 plastic chairs (dirty) on it. Outdoor furniture was in the garage and not usable, plus the garage itself needs a good sweeping. Bedding was comfortable but mattresses were covered with plastic which creaked when you rolled over. Overall it is a nice place that just needs a good cleaning inside and out.

A yearly family excursion to OC MD. We had 12 family members and this home comfortably met our expectations. Location was within all our favorite places we go to when in OC. The community pools were also a hit with the kids as well adults.

Wonderful home
This is a wonderful place , spacious, clean and well maintained. The house is done beautifully with a beach theme but what set the tone as soon as we entered , were the beautiful beach murals . We were a group of 4 families with kids from ages 4-12 and none of them wanted our stay to end in this house . They had a big backyard to play in , the neighbors were very nice and accommodating, the neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids to go bike riding or for us to take long walks . The community pools and other facilities are up to the mark .
Louiza is a great host and was accessible at all times .
Overall , we had a wonderful time and would love to come back anytime .

Seven of us stayed in this home for our golf miniweek vacation. Home was excellent! Private, huge with 3 floors, and nice backyard. Location couldn't be better. Close to everything. Excellent community with great clubhouse and amenities. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Great getaway for families or groups. Home is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. Location is very convenient to everything. Community has a lot of amenities, pools, clubhouse, tennis, kayak dock, and a fishing pier. Plenty to do right there. Boardwalk and beach are just minutes away. Had a great time with my family.

Excellent Vacation Spot
This beautiful home is located in the Bayside at Ocean City resort within 5min drive to the boardwalk, downtown Ocean City and the beach, which was perfect for our family. The home was beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious, clean ad well maintained. Has 4Br, 3.5B, a den on the main level, and a loft on the 3rd floor. The master suite is huge and the bathroom had a jetted tub and a shower. Backyard was wooded, private, great for the kids to play. There was a gas grill and furniture on the stone patio which we used every evening. Community had wonderful amenities which we had access to. The whole family loved the pools, the clubhouse with the game room, the crabbing pier and the pond where we caught crabs. Some of the adults did kayaking right there. Recommend highly for a fun beach vacation.

Look No Further
This was our first vacation in this part of Ocean City after we recently moved to Maryland. My sister and searched online for a nice home that would accommodate 3 couples with 6 kids and we were very happy to come across this beautiful home. It was as described in the listing and had more space than we expected. It was very comfortable, had 5 TVs, great appliances, including a washer/dryer and a cloth steamer. Master bedroom is to die for. Kids loved the loft where they had 3 twin beds. Community was family friendly, had an excellent clubhouse with pools, lounge, fitness room and game room for the kids and adults, tennis courts, playground, kayak dock, and fishing pier on Sinepuxent Bay. There was plenty to do right there. Downtown, beach, and amusement parks were within a short drive, and so were the restaurants, bars, shopping and everything else. This was a great vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice community with lots of amenities, nice house with lots of space
We really enjoyed our stay... the location is perfect. The house is kept very clean and you can tell they add extra touches to make your stay comfortable. They also make checking in and out very easy. The best part is all the amenities within the community... our kids really enjoyed the swimming pools and I had private access to put my kayaks in the water. Overall we were very pleased and they exceeded our expectations.

Nice and Fun Vacation
Beautiful home located in the very nice community of Bayside at Ocean City Resort, within minutes to downtown OC, Boardwalk, attractions, and many other amenities. Very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms, a loft and den, a good size kitchen, beautiful and large master bedroom suite. Enjoyed the jetted tub in master bath. Hassle free booking, nice and helpful owner. Will stay here again.

Highly Recommend
We enjoyed our stay in this home located at the Bayside at OC resort, and would highly recommend it to others, groups or families. Our family rented it for an extended stay to spend the New Year's holiday. Home was beautiful, very clean, price was very reasonable, and the check in and out process was very easy. We liked that they had a lock box by the front door and we did not have to go to a remote location to get the keys. The location was just fantastic, close to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Community offered a lot of amenities should one choose to stay on-site. The pictures and property description were spot on with what we envisioned our accommodations would be . We would definitely stay here again.

Golfers this one is for you!
If you are a golfer, whether a beginner or an experienced one, this place is what you have been looking for. The location is a golfer's dream, within minutes to all of the golfing courses Ocean City has to offer, both public and private! Take your pick! not to mention the boardwalk, beach, Assateague island, restaurants, water sports, you name it they have it nearby! Home is great, clean, comfortable, roomy with excellent amenities. Community is one the best we stayed at, and there was no extra charge for accessing the clubhouse with heated indoor pool and fitness center. Had a great time golfing with my college buddies.

Very Nice Getaway for Families
For the last few years we have been celebrating Thanksgiving at my home with my sister, brother and their families. This time we decided to take a mini vacation to Ocean City instead, since the weather was nice, plus we had not been there together since we were kids. We booked this home and were very happy with it. There was plenty of space for 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, they had a den/library on the first floor, and a loft on the third floor with TV, which the kids loved. Even though it was off season, there was plenty to do. The community offered a clubhouse with heated indoor pool and a game room which both adults and kids enjoyed. They also had tennis courts, fishing pier and kayak dock. We did not venture out into the bay to kayak, but we did use the clubhouse a great deal. The home was conveniently located to the Tanger outlets, shopping and a multitude of restaurants. We played golf at the Eagle Nest golf club just a minute away and visited the boardwalk. Booking through the website was a breeze and owner very nice and responsive. We highly recommend this home to families.

Wonderful Vacation
This house is beautiful, couldn't ask for anything more. There was 10 of us and we had a blast. We sat around at nigh playing games and laughing. Created alot of family memories. Close enought to everything you need, shopping, food, beach, pool and more. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great time and memories!
