Attractive and cosy studio apartment with miniumum of two nights stay
Situé dans la banlieue de Johnsonville, cet appartement est idéalement situé pour être une base pour explorer les nombreuses caractéristiques de Wellington, la capitale, ou pour voyager sur la côte de Kapiti ou la Wairarapa. Small apartment below the owners house, warm and quiet. Easy parking on the street a few metres away. Reasonable price and less than ten min drive to city.

We loved our stay with Jan and Phil who seem to have thought about everything their guests would need and they made us feel very welcome! To us it felt like a 'home away from home'. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay in Wellington longer. There was plenty to do, including some amazing walks. We would certainly seek out this property again on subsequent visits and will happily recommend it to others.

Had a great stay, lovely layout of studio with the bedroom still having some seperation. Fantastic quiet location but quick to the city. Amazing price. Being a downstairs unit - when owners walking around upstairs it is a bit loud. Lovely breakfast left available.

The apartment was warm, snug, comfy and quiet. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It is close to one of the walking tracks behind Jville and a short driving distance to shops, bus/train, supermarket etc. Jan was friendly and helpful.
