chef at "live" station has poor atitude.
i requested for sunny side-up eggs as buffet bar only has over-easy, and chef insisted i pick up whats available at the line. i pleaded second time for the eggs, but was given "don't bother me" and looked away treatment 🤨

Rooms are very small with no space for 2 suitcases. Breakfast is of very bad quality, the bar is closed and no options to have lunch of snacks there.

My room has a strong smoking odours that I need to use my own disinfectant spray to remove the odour, the hotel staff came later after my complaint, and told me there is no odours. The room was not properly clean, dust and dirt. Hotel staff not smiling at all, we feel like we are not welcomed to the hotel. We went to have breakfast around 9am and almost nothing left on the buffet line, only salad and some left over food, gosh, that was really bad.
Should improve the cleanliness and should have better management during peak season.

Were checked-in late at night, there’s one man waiting outside of the main entrance (lobby) asking for “drinks”. It’s fine if you’re in a group but might be uncomfortable if you’re alone.
