Un joli petit hôtel de style chalet de montagne, et un accueil très gentil ! La chambre est immense, le parquet magnifique, la vue extraordinaire depuis la grande terrasse, le lit King size est super cosy, la salle de bains avec des sanitaires impeccables. Le petit déjeuner western style est généreux et goûteux à souhaits. Nous avons tout aimé dans cet endroit et la gentillesse du personnel est touchante.

Le dîner est tres simple et basique, un peu cher par rapport aux prix pratiqués dans le pays… peut peux faire !

Quiet and comfortable guest house. Had a real Swiss lodge vibe with the comfiest beds we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Scenery very Studio Ghibli esq. Staff were legends. Large breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend arriving here at night - quite a narrow windy road up the hill to the cottage. A small price to pay for the property’s outlook though. No dramas with getting tuk tuks to/from town also (10mins)

A stunning room with a lovely host who was so lovely and catered to all our needs! The breakfast was also absolutely splendid!

Unfortunately the heating in the room was quite poor. We did however get a replacement heater on the last day :)

The view was amazing and the breakfast is the best I had in srilanka so far.

Cozy cottage nestled away in the mountains of Nuwara Eliya. It was a very scenic and picturesque location from any window you looked out of. Couldn’t find a single insect in the room or the property, which is difficult to achieve based on our other stays around Sri Lanka. The materials and design used around the property add to the ambience with, wooden flooring and walls, stone wallpaper in the bathroom, sloped ceiling. Breakfast was very tasty and filling.

Hard to find fault with anything, except that when using the sink the water took time to get drained, however we didn’t flag this to the manager for rectification so it can’t really be a fault.

Really beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. The rooms look exactly as shown in the pictures and was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. The house itself feels really like a home but the hallways could use some more decoration like plants and pictures as the atmosphere at breakfast seems a bit cold.

This is an absolutely amazing place in Nuwara Eliya. Our room was with a huge view terrace. We were lucky that during the 3 days of our stay, the weather was sunny all the time and we managed to use this terrace to the maximum. Yoga at sunset, sunbathing at noon or contemplating the beautiful starry sky at night.. The views were really magnificent. The room itself also exceeded all expectations: the bed was so comfortable, and the wooden interior was very cozy. Also, all these fresh flowers, with which the owners carefully decorate everything.. We were impressed. Amazing host! He helped us in general on all issues. Especially with regard to transfers everywhere. They have the opportunity to organize a tuk-tuk at a real price, without extra charge. It is very valuable and convenient The food was simply incomparable, and there was just a huge amount of it! If there hadn't been so much hiking during our trip, we probably would have gained 2-3 kilos with all these fourth or fifth courses for dinner and a double dessert :))) But it's so delicious! I highly recommend taking dinners here, the homemade food is just a delight. I especially remember the ice cream :) The breakfasts were also wonderful and large. You won't stay hungry for sure)) I recommend it to everyone with absolute confidence!

We didn't even feel like in Sri Lanka, more like in luxurious cottage in Austria :) Everything was great, the owner is very friendly and the room was spotless and modern.

There is very limited option for shops and restaurants nearby, so make sure you have dinner with you :)

Really nice bed and clean room

I liked everything, if you need to have a hotel in Nuwara Eliya, the cottage is very good choice. The family that manages the cottage is as attentive, caring and sweet as possible. Our two nights in the hotel was wonderful. breakfasts are good, it is tea, black coffee, fried eggs, pancakes and desert. I definitely will book a room again when will go to Nuwara Eliya.

We only stayed here for one night because we had to catch the train to Ella. The host prepared a great dinner for us and the breakfast was outstanding. Its a bit far from the town. But is was quiet and peacefull with an really nice view from our room.

Very beautiful designed cottage, absolutely loved the interior. Hosts were very friendly and thoughtful. We were worried about our wet clothes but there was laundry services available and clothes were well dried and neatly folded upon return. Breakfast was fantastic with different varieties. Would come back again during the dry season!

What hit us right off the bat at this place was the view! It’s so spectacular! The owners were really professional and adorable with us. They did everything to make us feel right at home. The room was super clean and had everything we needed.

Being high up in the mountains means a lot of humidity. We felt like the bed sheets still felt a bit humid, so we didn’t have a great sleep the first night. BUT we brought it up with Asitha, the owner, the next morning and he changed the sheets right away and put a dehumidifier in the room. It helped a lot and we were super thankful.

We absolutely loved our stay. We only spent one night, but the host was extremely welcoming, the room was incredibly cute and the breakfast was the best we've had in Sri Lanka so far. 🥰

Beautiful property located at the top of Nuwara Eliya with amazing views. The rooms are very spacious with amazing high ceilings and huge, very comfortable beds. The host went above and beyond with anything we needed and the breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend a stay here we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The room was great and very clean, we had everything we needed. The people were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with homemade pancakes, fresh fruit and many more things. The views from the cottage are breathtaking. Highly recommend this place.

The room was very well equipped (Coffee, Tea, heater, TV) and very clean. The location was quiet and nice in the middle of the farmland with an amazing view (10 Min TukTuk ride to Nuwara Eliya). They helped us with everything and organised the train ride, TukTuks and food. Speaking of the food: breakfast and dinner were delicious.

It was a little cold and wet, but that's because of the climate there and the owners informed us before arrival.

Asitha and his Family are very friendly, we had an amazing stay. The room was very clean & comfy, the beds were perfect and the bedding was warm enough as it can get quite cold in nuwara Eliya. breakfast was a great assortment of fresh fruits, french toast, sandwiches, eggs & sausages and it was very delicious. For us it was the perfect stay and we can totally recommend it. as already mentioned the cottage is outside nuwara eliya up the Hill. it’s a 10 Minute tuktuk drive to town, which can easily arrangened by Asitha. it is steep yes, but it was no problem for cars or any tuktuks we took. so don’t worry about that. as it’s just up the Hill from nuwara Eliya you can easily instruct the drivers if you just show it on google maps (in case they shouldnt know were the cottage exactly is)

As someone already mentioned in the reviews, this hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained! The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable we didn’t want to leave it to go out. The breakfast is huge and it’s served on the last floor which has an incredible view on nature. The cottage is 15 minutes with a tuctuc from the town centre (costs between 400-600 rupees depending on the driver). Asitha is such a nice host and will do everything to make your stay unforgettable! Definitely recommend :)

this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. the building is a stunning mansion type house which is tastefully decorated with wooden interior. the room we stayed in had a stunning view of the Nuwara Eliyah hills as did every window from the dining area. the owners are absolutely lovely and will do their utmost to make you feel welcome and comfortable in their care. the food served here is some of the best I have had and the breakfasts are fit for a king/queen. my partner and I often found ourselves gorging on way more food than we ever expected as it was all so tasty and there was such a large variety. thank you so much guys you made our stay in Nuwara Eliyah that much better just by the fact you were our hosts ❤️

We had such a comfy stay! The location is outside of town - but a short tuk tuk ride away. It's very quiet and the views are really nice! We loved our room - especially our bed. It was SO comfortable and the bedding was amazing. We had planned to go on a hike in the morning but decided to stay in bed a little bit longer - that's how cosy we were. The bathroom was also amazing - very modern. The towels were so thick and fluffy. The room also was warm, which is very important, as it can get very chilly in Nuwara Eliya. Breakfast was amazing and our hosts were lovely. Our host even drove us to the town center himself on our last day.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!! Stunning hotel, staff were friendly and the view was brilliant! We mentioned it was our honeymoon and they made the room special. We arrived late at night and they arranged food for us from the town. Breakfast was very fresh and nothing was too much trouble.

This is a small family run property. The main guy, Asitha, is 10/10. He came to collect us from Colombo airport himself a 9 hour round trip for him! The cottage is absolutely stunning with amazing views. The staff went out of their way to arrange Tuktuk’s, brought tea and coffee to our room when we got back from a few hours out, and even served a huge breakfast on our balcony. We felt so at home here and didn’t want to leave. There was no question left unanswered and the staff are a wealth of knowledge! We were able to check in super early as our room was ready and were not charged extra.
