no breakfast the bed was a bit stiff it's an old building. you get what you paid for the staff was very nice and accommodating.

the room needs a better bed and pillow. the walls are thin (noise from other rooms)

There was nothing good in this hotel.

Dirty room. Beds so small, feeling on matreses was like liying on bag of stone. Room and bathroom can`t be smaller.

I liked the location. And staff was fine. All rest was absolutely poor.

It was a scam. They promote it is a 3 star hotel with a breakfast option. Yet, it is 2 star hotel (if at all), there was no breakfast in the hotel - they said on the reception they could bring us breakfast from opposite fast food and we could eat it in a hotel "kitchen" (tiny "room" with 2 tables (60 cm x 60 cm), except Sundays. There was no lobby at the hotel, where we could sit or buy anything. They do not sell even a coffee in the hotel. Simply - nothing. There was no bathroom in the room, no window in the room - the room was in the basement! (There actually was a "window" in the room (close to the ceiling) of dimensions about 40 cm x 20 cm. The "window" was opaque, and it was located close to the ceiling from inside of room and on the pavement level from outside of the building.) The room was stinky, but not so much as the corridor to the room. The walls were funny, they were covered with some plastic plates, it created the feeling of being in a closet. There was no mirror in the room, very old furniture, and there was a thick gape between doors and door frame - you could always see light from the corridor during the night. During all night you could hear some strange noise steaming from something behind the plastic plate in upper corner of the room. It sounded as mouse (I am pretty sure it was not a mouse, because I've heard it full-time. It could be a water or air or whatever, but you would have it non-stop). I said there was no bathroom in the room, you had to go out of the room to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean, but stinky, very cheap and very old materiel. It is a scam. We have chosen it to be in 3 star hotel with breakfast. Instead - it was kind of a hostel, where you could not buy even a coffee, and have a shower in a privacy.

Dirty room , dirty sheets and cold inside. The hotel is located in almost a ghetto. definitely not recommended

The staff were friendly and gave us a choice of rooms and were most helpful.

They are central to everything and we were happy.

Female staff member rude/disrespectful, asked me to pay for extra towels. Only had 1 teabag/milk/coffee in room. No lift. VERY DIRTY. Dust in room, bed was extremely comfortable. Windows are filthy. Not soundproof.. couldn't sleep both nights as i could hear snoring.. people walking or talking in their room. Also website pics are deceiving Overall THE worst hotel I've stayed in my life. Do NOT recommend it.

Close to Benethal Green which has several bus stations and central line underground.

The room was smaller than expected (photos are a bit tricky), but we know that any booking in the city its just bed or a mini room. The only thing that they did to clean up was make the bed (with some stains).

In my life i know that you get what you pay for, and this is a lesson i learn well, when i stay there. Terrible location, terrible "hotel", the room was tiny, heating was on and off, tiny bathroom , the bed was terrible, we left with pain in all over our body!

Nothing to like about this 'hotel'

Bedroom had no bathroom in it, it was out in the hall. Our room was underground, no window in it. We could hear what sounded like mice in the ceiling. Would not recommend this place to anyone
