Greenland Ipoh the name and the place we stay was perfect match 👍. Peace and quiet also also the natural environment with the birds sounds. My kids and my wife really happy stay there ask for one more night stay. But we suddenly plan and have to move 😉. We are from Johor, plan for next vacation soon to stay more night's. And the staff also good friendly. Give some information about the place and nearest places to visit. Thank you for them also 🙏..
I understand that have small canteen or coffee shop. But nobody is there. Maybe weekend only available because busy day. If it's open for weekdays when guests staying🙂..

The whole environment was unexpected; feel good especially back to mother nature. The swimming pool is very clean and very cozy with a nice view of the entire mountain. The little thing that needs to improve is the Air Con was hot during day time but was cold of night time and not enough plug for charge hp hope can improve on that.

The view in the morning was very beautiful and we like the calmness of this place..staff was very helpful..
The aircond seems not working well and one of the light bulb not working..but overall all okay .

the collection process was good. no issues. i arrived late due to long weekend jam. the staff was waiting to handover key to me.
i was in touch with the owner every hrs to inform that i am stuck with jam, and will be coming, because i was worried where to stay put my big family if incase no room. however towards 5pm, the owner texted me, if i dont arrive in 30minutes she would cancel the booking and pass it to others. i was like....wat?? sumhow i rushed and arrived to collect the key.

Just a minor thing, the receptionist and workers are not readily available to be contacted. Would be nice if the cafe is open.

The surrounding was marvelous, you feel your so close to nature.
The only drawback was when l made the booking by my card ..it registered as confirmed. When l reached there at the check in counter they told me that they had not receive my payment and mentioned that all their guest go through a similar process of having to pay there. Initially l though something wasn't right. But later it was explained that everyone faces the same problem.
