Very cozy, comfortable , peaceful & friendly staff

Service, staff & environment of hotel wonderfull

The facilities. They were well furnished and made my stay comfortable throughout the day. The customer service was exceptional too!

The location of the hotel. The location of the hotel feels eerie despite having lots of food stalls and being nearby to the central town of Ipoh.

The hotel has ample of parking lots nearby which is under local council (pay using apps) or can use the free car park which is well within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and facilities overall look well maintained. Wifi connection is stable and easily accessible.

This was my second time staying at the property however the room I got this time did not meet the expectation. The door guard for this room was not functioning (chain has been dislodged), the TV did not have any channel available and the shampoo + bath gel were empty. Thankfully the staff sent new sets immediately after I requested from the front counter.

The staff are all friendly! I went to both branches. I wazed to the wrong 1969. Make sure you guys read the location properly from booking where you gonna stay. But both branches staff are all helpful! Love it! There’s also a complimentary hi-tea! Didn’t expect this. The room got iron. Breakfast is okay. It’s worth the money.

The sink is in the room. Whenever someone uses the tap water, it’s kind of disturbing. But okay la. Not really bad. Should have option for no breakfast for the room. Coz Ipoh is the heaven of food. Couldn’t waste not going to the breakfast provided by the hotel to other places 😂

I found poop in the toilet bowl after I check-in and I just flush it away. They use coupons for breakfast which I think a lot of hotels didn't use coupons anymore. During my 1st day of stay, I'm the first who give the coupons without them having to ask. Then the 2nd day, they didn't ask for the coupons and let me eat straight away. On the last day of my stay, she ask for coupons which I left in the hotel room, I did show her my room card to convince her. While I'm eating, someone comes and requests the coupons, and I need to go back to my room and bring it down, I felt it was not appropriate to be treated that way while eating. Or do they have a double standard in treating their guest? because on the first and 2nd day, I'm wearing office attire which makes me look decent but not on the last day, I only wore a tshirt and boxer.

Breakfast was good. Room comes with comb, cotton bud, and a lot of other stuff which is actually much better than 4 or even 5 starts hotel.

Toilet was smelly not because it is not clean. I think it because of the floor trap as the building was originally commercial shoplot building.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy. Parking lot provided. Food was good.

The room is a quite small for 3 persons but there's no problem with me. The light is quite dim but I'm okay with that.
