Aufgrund des kühlen und regnerischen Wetters konnten wir leider wederRooftop-Pool und Bar, noch den Balkon nutzen und daher nicht bewerten .

Apartament jest bardzo duży i wygodny, śniadania różnorodne, obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Idealne położenie na skraju starej dzielnicy. Świetne masaże!

Vi fikk bare ett hotellkort - "company policy", litt tungvint når man er 2 på rommet. Vårt reisefølge ble charget for vaskekluter da de var brukt til sminkefjerning. Unødvendig.

The reception team: Jenny, Zoe, Chloe and Leo Were amazing. Very helpful and always with a smile on their face. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool is enjoyable after a days sightseeing. Breakfast changes every day. Great location for train street, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and various restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

The place looks amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you - a big shout out to Jenny, Louis, Lee, Chloe and Nghiem who made us extra welcome It was also my first experience of a toilet with a remote control - loved the heated seat option I would definitely love to stay there again

Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Comfy bed and well maintained room. Roof top pool lovely with fab views.

Breakfast was passable, room very small and had what sounded like a water pump cutting in and out all night.

La ubicación es el punto bueno de este hotel. La habitación era correcta aunque un poco pequeña y angustiosa.

Sin ninguna duda lo peor fue el desayuno que ofrecen. La calidad de la comida es muy mala (el pan y las pastas estaban duras.. como pasadas) y de bebidas solo tienen el típico café americano... Por ser buffet libre hay poco por escoger y lo poco que hay es malo. No recuerdo si era un servicio de pago o era incluido, pero yo no pagaría por este servicio. Además el servicio no entiende casi el inglés y son un poco antipáticos.

Our rooms were just as pictured, beautiful and close to all the nearby Museums, Lake and train street. The hotel staff were so welcoming and accommodating that we happily returned to the hotel after our trip to Halong Bay. The staff kept our luggage while we were away. Overall great hotel, with good food and great atmosphere.

The bed was a bit firm for me

Schickes Hotel im Zentrum Hanois. Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolle Rooftop Bar mit Pool, welche bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das Frühstück ist ein bunter Mix und für asiatische Verhältnisse gut. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war alles perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, saubere Zimmer mit gutem Welan. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die zentrale Lage. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Hotel in het centrum van Hanoi met comfortabel bed, ruime badkamer en zwembad (niet verwarmd) met skybar. Geweldige ontvangst bij de receptie en iedere morgen een uitgebreid ontbijt! Winkels en restaurant in de onmiddellijke omgeving.

Great hotel and very pleasant and helpful staff! Miss Jenny and Mr Peter made sure all our needs were met and gave valuable tips. Highly recommended!

Staff molto gentile e accogliente. Posizione ottima per girare il centro città a piedi. Camera un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario.

Colazione varia per il salato e la frutta ma molto limitata sui dolci. Ristorante da prenotare (la sera dovrebbe essere aperto, ma una sera siamo passati perché rientrati in ritardo e lo abbiamo trovato chiuso). Cuscini da rivedere, troppo morbidi.

friendly & english speaking staff, hotel is very clean (we saw differently in our time in viet nam), room was a good size and we liked the slightly bigger balcony and a the bathtub but most importantly it’s nearly soundproof and the curtains are actually blacking out light, location is good and a lot is walkable if you so desire to do

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel äußerst zufriedenstellend. Die Kombination aus idealer Lage, freundlichem Personal und komfortabler Unterkunft macht dieses Hotel zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl für Reisende, die die Altstadt erkunden möchten. Leider hatten wir aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthalts nicht die Gelegenheit, das Schwimmbad und den Wellnessbereich zu genießen.

Locatie top, alles op loopafstand. Medewerkers super behulpzaam. Hielpen ons transfer boeken en toen deze te vroeg voor het ontbijt bleek te zijn kregen we een to-go bag mee. (En ze checkten zelfs een dag later nog of we goed waren aangekomen en of alles leuk was!) Kamer is prachtig en schoon. Leuke bar en zwembad op het dak. Ontbijt heerlijk en uitgebreid. Geen beter verblijf in Hanoi kunnen wensen!

-Wir haben 2x an der Rezeption den Transfer zum Flughafen durchgegeben für den Abreisetag früh am Morgen. Das wurde auch jedes Mal aufgeschrieben und uns ein Preis genannt. Als wir am Abreisetag zum Flughafen wollten und ausgecheckt haben, kam 15 Min. nach der vereinbarten Zeit immer noch kein Taxi. Wir haben dann noch mal nachgefragt und anscheinend wurde das von der Rezeptionistin einfach vergessen. Sie hat dann noch mal ein Taxi geholt auf das wir weitere 20 Min. warten mussten. Der vorher vereinbarte Preis, den wir an der Rezeption zahlen mussten wurde dann auch nicht eingehalten und noch mal erhöht. Da wir ja an dem Tag Vietnam verlassen haben, hatten wir nicht mehr genug Bargeld und das war alles sehr ärgerlich. -Am Pool haben wir keine Cocktails bekommen, die anderen Gäste die vor uns da waren schon. Anscheinend hat der Mann an der Bar zwischenzeitlich gewechselt und wollte/konnte uns keine Cocktails zubereiten. -Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Der Pool hat die langen blonden Haare unseres Sohnes grün gefärbt. Das Personal war danach sehr bemüht seine Laune wieder zu bessern.

Einzig das bei Frühstück keine Marmeladenauswahl vorhanden war und die einzige Marmelade und Butter nur in winzigen Plastikbehältern abgepackt war.

Lovely decor, felt very Paris in the 1920s. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable rooms, modern bathroom, very good breakfast. Massage was excellent as well.

Soleil Boutique Hotel is nestled at the edge of Hanoi's Old Quarter within easy walking distance of most of the key destinations. The staff are incredible, super friendly and very helpful. They even looked after my motorbike when the local parking guy tried to rip me off. There is no parking usually, though, so beware if you are using your own transport. Breakfast was a basic buffet, but you could order other things like beef or chicken noodle soup, eggs in various ways also. The coffee wasn't great - just filtered - but there are enough cafes nearby if you really need a good one after you've eaten. The rooftop bar and pool is a nice place to watch the sunset. The pool is very small, though, so don't expect to be swimming laps up there. It's really just for dipping into and cooling off with a beer or cocktail.

The pooldeck needs more lounge chairs - there were only three, but a lot of space on the upper deck filled with stools and bar tables which weren't really being used when we were there. More lounges on the upper level would be good, and perhaps some more shade closer to the pool. The price of this hotel is also a little high compared to other places nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the rooftop pool is amazing. Our group had a great time escaping the heat and enjoying the pool.

The rooms are fairly small, the shower in our room had a tendency to overflow and get the floor really wet and slippery, and the breakfast buffet was just alright. To be fair, the experience was nice but we have been at nicer for the value in Hanoi.

We loved our large room with a huge bathroom, and a balcony with a view. This was our first time in Vietnam and so glad we picked Soleil Boutique Hotel. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and were very good about communicating details so we didn't miss finding our driver. I loved going out on our hotel balcony to enjoy the view and the action of the city. Breakfast every morning was great with lots of variety of food. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. We enjoyed cocktails at the SkyBar and cooling off in the rooftop pool with the panoramic view. So nice to have the pool after a long hot day of sightseeing. The hotel is just minutes away from Train Street so we went there twice, at night and during the day to get both experiences. We ate delicious Hot Pot just across the Street, to the left, and down a smaller street. We enjoyed spa treatments at the hotel with Anna and Hannah with Leah making sure everything went well. It was easy to get a spa appointment at the time we wanted. Make sure you arrive to check-out in the morning a bit early before you have to leave for your next place. They get busy in the morning and they need to check your room before you can leave. Hanoi is noisy so just know that depending on the room location, you are not going to have a room that is totally quiet because the noise of the city comes through. Lots of sirens and honking. That's just the Hanoi experience. The city does mostly quiet down after midnight and you will be so exhausted from walking and the heat that sleep should come easily. We walked everywhere. It was nice to walk around the city and explore for a few hours. Then have a beautiful hotel to go back to, to shower off the sweat and change clothes, and go out again to experience something different. Love, love, my time in Hanoi, and at Soleil Boutique hotel.
