The property is beautiful. Our Jr Suite was comfortable. A bit dark but cozy.

We didn’t like the vibe. Our excitement to stay was quickly lost as we were greeted with sour looks by the doorman and an unfriendly welcome at the front desk. The reception had a difficult time finding our reservation and were “told” to wait aside. We were eventually escorted to our room and given a long-winded lecture of what was (and not) included in our room. We are a mature well traveled couple who felt very awkward here. This hotel was not characteristic of any place we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Won’t return.

The service was outstanding, especially from Quan on the reception team and the Cloud 9 restaurant team. The Spa team were equally wonderful.

La Siesta is a perfect 10 to our family. The hotel is strategically located in the center of the Old Quarters. Its very personalized service to their guests and cleanliness of the rooms are very impressive. A special mention to Mr. Quan, their hotel manager who guided us in in finding the most authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. All his staff are all so nice and helpful. Will definitely refer them to friends. Special thanks too for setting up a beautiful arrangement in our room for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We are truly touched. They truly exceeded our expectations!!

Love the room, love the view, love how the staff were excellent especially Thao who was assigned to us; amazing service! Room liked exactly like booking.com 's images. Excellent colonial style furnishing and design language. This place truly felt much better than many luxury accommodations we have stayed at. Truly incredible service, rooms and first and lasting impressions.

Soundproofing not the best.. Not so great for light sleepers; tonnes of sounds of furniture being moved by occupants next to us if not on the floor above us; Knocking sounds, dragging sounds.. etc. Finally the sounds of traffic and honking from vehicles through the balcony doors in the morning till late night. Still not deal breakers to avoid this hotel. I would say our experience only knocked off a point of what would have been a superb 10/10 stay.

The staff, location, facilities, decor was all 10/10! Such a lovely stay. Will definitely book again if we are ever back in Hanoi!!!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and it’s our favourite in Hà Nội. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautiful and so spacious and the buffet breakfast is wonderful (especially the homemade yoghurt!). The staff are super friendly and attentive.

This hotel was beyond our expectations, absolutely perfect! Stunning room (Duplex Suite); amazing location in Old Quarter near authentic street market and easy walk to all attractions there; delicious breakfasts, friendly staff and flawless service. Will definitely be number one choice for future visits to Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta. Dat was so helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived! We had the penthouse with the balcony and it was the best room I have ever stayed in. The bed was huge and super comfy and the day bed was a great extra space to relax. The rooftop bar is a spectacular way to watch the Hanoi sunsets and the drinks and food were on point. The spa massage was amazing and the breakfast options were impressive! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting some luxury while in Hanoi.

The television didn't come out from the wall and was sitting off to the side so it was hard to watch from anywhere in the room, would have been better if it had an extendible arm or something.

This is a really lovely and high end hotel in Hanoi, the best one I have stayed in in the city. Room was fabulous as well as the spa, which was a standout. Location is great.

Great location, in the French Quarter lots of options to eat, shops close by. Breakfast was high quality, Bed was super comfortable.

Rooms were very snug, we struggled to find enough space to open 2 suitcases. The bathroom was functional but very snug

The property is located in the city centre which made it very easy to roam around - places like Train Street and all the cafe's are close by.

Everything. This is the perfect choice for visiting Hanoi. Room was excellent (size, cleanliness, furnishings). The hotel has a lot of character - the lobby area is very nice. The restaurant where they serve breakfast has amazing 360 views of the City. The rooftop bar has an excellent vibe. Jen at reception was amazing. Honestly might be the best service I've experienced. The spa looks great, although we didn't use it. The location is perfect. Right beside Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Town. Faultless.

We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta. Adele and the team made us feel so welcome from the first day, giving us lots of helpful tips for Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious every morning, the room was clean and beautiful and it truly felt like a 5* experience. We will be back soon.
