the staff are super friendly, they greet you every day! the location is phenomenal, right by the best bun cha place in the city. the hotel was comfortable overall, a great stay :)

The facility did not match images displayed. Room was very old, bed was rock hard, took a while for water to heat up and water pressure wasn’t very good. Clogging also occurred whilst showering, also the toothpaste provided was quite old.

Location was great, staffs were nice and responsive to the messaging/request for airport pickup service.

We had a room without window, isolation not the best and the fan noise was quite strong when turned on.

+ location + air conditioner can be used the cool down or heat the room + staff was helpful + possibility to pay by cash or credit card

- heavily used furniture & facilities - seems like the images online are photoshopped since the rooms are way more ‘used’ & dirty - hairs from cleaning stuff were everywhere.. on towels, walls, bathroom… - walls were filthy and subject to mold or water subject - mattress was worn out - super noisy due to thin walls

- located in the old quarter, can walk to other streets in the area (on the opposite side you can find a highly recommended night Phở stall too) - 24/7 opening and receptionist. You can go out at any hour you want - the female owner is fluent in Eng in case you're foreign - super friendly, helpful staff. They're willing to help me find my lost belongings, ask me to wear sth warm, etc.

- the room is not too big. Some rooms seem having no window. But the necessities work well. Overall, it's good for short stays during your trips

Price and cleaniness of the room

Bathroom. The room I was given had an opening facing some pipe and I could also see the corridor if I stood on top of the toilet bowl. They tried to help by putting the cardboard there but the weather turned cold and the bathroom became the coldest place in the room. Hope they will get it fixed soon.

Lovely space. Great location, super close to the train street, market and beer street. Staff was very kind. Had a good time. At the price they were offering, the room and services were great.

Near coffee shop, just walk 1minute and you can see that at the corner. Also near a lot of stress food and easy for parking car.

The staff at eco luxury hotel are very kind! They were very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived a day late. Thank you Anna for being so kind and helpful! The location is very good in the old quarter of Hanoi.
