From the moment i walked into this hotel I felt welcomed and peaceful. The lobby, room and the restaurant is clean and quiet. Special thanks to the staff Sabi! She’s always smiling and caring all her customers. Always makes sure she gives her best. She also gave me a lot of recommendations and the things to look out for when going around the city. The location of the hotel is right near Cathedral and Hoan Kiem lake where you can enjoy both local and international dish. It is also just few minutes to the Trang Tien Mall. The interior inside the room was high class. Everything's organized and neat. The assistance from checking in to checking out is superb. The room service breakfast was delicious and was served on time. They allowed viewing of the room before actually booking.

Had a wonderful time at the Lheritage Diamond Hotel . Martin and Jame, Sabi were great help. We really appreciate the upgrade. The premium room was very spacious and the staff were very very courteous. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything like room, facilities, breakfast are great for Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel! But the thing I extremely impressed and highly recommend is the people hospitality from this hotel. That really makes this hotel different. Thank you Martin, Jame and Sabi for your great care.

The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful nothing was too much to ask I could not fault the service. The beds were large and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. 100% would recommend for a place to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi

The location was simply superb! Within walking distance to all the sights of the old quarters. The staff there were all really friendly and helpful too! Special shout out to Sabi for her hospitality and her food recommendations! Will definitely stay here again when I am back

We stayed here for 2 x nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants and the old town centre. Service was outstanding, particularly Sabi on the front desk who was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location,great room and a fantastic restaurant l with an amazing view over the city centre, the reception staffs are super friendly and willing to share the information from the point of view as the local to me. Highly recommended!

Spent a week here in Jan 2024. Not only is the hotel in a great location with easy walkable access to the old quarter, night market, puppet theatre, etc, but the staff are just so welcoming and friendly. They can book tours, tickets for you and made us really feel at home. Room was a great size and very clean, and breakfast had a nice selection as well as a to order menu. Would definitely revisit!

We selected Hanoi Lheritage Diamond for the second time here and we are so happy with the services, support and food here. From the sales manager Mr Martin to the staff during our event in Jan 2024, including Sabi, Jame ..., all are so nice, cooperative and helpful. The foods were good too. it would be the best.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel with my daughter and highly recommended it to anyone staying in Hanoi as it’s conveniently located. The hotel has a luxurious vibe and the rooftop restaurant.The rooms are spacious modern and very clean. Best of all was the staff, nothing was an inconvenience to them, they are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Mr Martin saw to all of our needs and was extremely friendly and made our stay extra special. Would definitely stay here again!

Out on my annual rest in Hanoi and as always Lheritage Diamond & Spa took great care of me . Even though my flight from Seoul was delayed , when I walked out of the airport there was my driver holding a sign with my name ready to take me to the hotel. I can't say enough about Sabi, Martin, James.. . Always glad to see you and a smile on their face . They make you feel like more than a hotel guest , they treat you like family . Thank you!!!!

Really made our stay lovely Breakfast: this was the stand out for us - great choices, freshly made eggs, nice coffee, fruit, yogurt 10/10 If come back again in Hanoi, I must stay in Hanoi Lheritage Diamond hotel.

Went with family and had a great time staying here! Breakfast was really nice and rotates daily with a variety of local favourites! The staff were so friendly and assisted us over our entire stay! Stay at the hotel is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent where most of the well-known street food shops are in walking distance and a lot of souvenir shops/travel agencies around. The street is not noisy at night . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Good value for money! Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Hanoi!

Me and my friend stayed there for 3 nights. We got 2 rooms and they were both big, nice and very clean with big bathroom, hot shower. The staffs were very happy and helpful with any travel interest. We are happy to recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff are rery friendly , warm and accomodating. Room is nice and clean. Location is very accessible to all, center of Hanoi Old Quarter. Foods are palatable and good. Neighboorhood is safe and quite. Wifi connectivity is fast and easy to access.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location with an absolutely lovely crew of people working there. We were in and out of Hanoi in Jan 2024 and spent a total of 2 nights at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond,Hotel is nice. Would definitely go back. Thanks and love to Martin and Sabi.

The service at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond was superb. The team looked after us through our three days with them, they even arranged a cake for my sons birthday during the Halong bay cruise and upon our return they had decorated our room and left cakes for my wife’s birthday a really nice touch. The staff were very knowledgable on restaurants and things to do in and around Hanoi. The hotel is well located on the edge if the old quarter and close to the attractions. The rooms were very clean everything worked so we’re well worth the money we paid. I would definitely recommend the royal to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is good except that staff forgotten to serve upon taken order of the egg.

This was an excellent place to stay, was really easy to book and communication was easy with staff, it is a great location in old quarter, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and affordable prices. We had a grand suite balcony room. Thank you Martin and staff.

The breakfast was great as was the location We all enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. We were so well taken care of by the staff special mention to Sabi who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The service was amazing, they helped us celebrate a birthday! Everyone was so welcoming . The breakfast was delicious and it is well positioned to enjoy Hanoi! We got multiple recommendations to go to amazing restaurants and cafes. They allowed us to leave our luggage here for safe keeping which was extremely helpful!Beds were so comfy & the rooms are spacious. There is also a lovely restaurant with great views

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very clean, decent breakfast and helpful staff. There are loads of hotels in Hanoi, so it is hard to choose, but I am glad I stayed there. Great location and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Hanoi.
