It had everything needed for a short stay. The staff were very helpful.

It was a little too far from the centre for us. Being from the UK and not familiar with the location caused us difficulties when getting tuk tuks.

Disappointed with the stay. What we see in the pics and reviews are misleading. Very dirty/unkept rooms Very rude and non helpful staff. Slotted room did not have fans and lights functional. Staff did not help us with the room change and left us on our own to shift to other rooms few floors above Stayed there for 5 days.Rooms are never cleaned in spite of reminding them. Pics shown in the site is not what you get. The manager was helpful in fixing some of the issues but then , we we’re already disappointed and pissed off. Damage control did not help Rooms are small Sheets and towels were not clean. Had stains and looked old.

A reception staff managed for a pre-paid taxi to the airport for me. But, I noticed that he arranged an Uber taxi with a price two times higher than the real price. The taxi had battery problem. If you stay at this hotel, don’t ask the staff to arrange a taxi for you because he make a business for himself. Just rent an Uber taxi. Manager of the hotel, who is a good person, told me be careful that taxies may charge you a lot because you are stranger, but his own staff finally did such an unexpected action.
