Palazzina splendida con annessi moderni bar e ristorante, arredi di classe, locali ampi in zona centralissima, servita e sicura, vicino a tutto

Doveva esserci la vasca a idromassaggio e invece c’era una vasca bella e grande ma normale, che appena riempita ha cominciato a perdere acqua da sotto allarmandoci e facendoci perdere tempo e relax. La bella mega doccia stesso problema. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuno sconto o vantaggio per questo. Il wifi prende malissimo in camera, male nella reception e così così nel ristorante e nel bar. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati e i prodotti di cortesia non vengono reintegrati. Il phon era rotto. La vista lascia a desiderare e i receptionist sembrano molto improvvisati. Abbiamo chiesto una piantina della città e non l’avevano. Mi aspettavo davvero tanto di più.

De locatie is perfect en ontbijt is erg goed op mooie plek. De kamers hebben erg hoge plafonds.

Het sanitair van de kamers valt uit elkaar / is niet goed aangelegd. De douche heel laag en niet te verstellen, dus lastig douchen voor wat langere mensen. Verder geen raam in de kamer enkel naar het trappenhuis toe.

I stayed Friday and Saturday nights, and I wasn't told that the bar played extremely loud music late at night, which went for a couple of hours. If I had known, I would have asked for a room at the back and willing to pay more. This was a significant oversight of reception. I would stay again but not over the weekend, due to the music from the bar.

Great location. Beautful old building

This was my second stay at Padam. I really want to like this place but both times, I have lost things whilst here. stay was only for one night - wore a pair of earings the night before which i left on side table when got into bed. next morning was a rush, we did not check over the room. I am sure the earings were left behind. called reception - obviously no one had found them. i would have believed them if smth similar hadnt happed the previous time. On top of that, the guy at reception was a joke. we had asked for a restaurant reservation. He said reception had emailed me to say restaurant would be closed that evening - which i had never received. My partner gets a little upset. The reception guy makes a point of following my partner to tell him it wasnt their fault, it was my fault that we didnt know about it. This caused a huge argument between us that night - this was our first day on holiday. completely ruined. Love love the food at the restaurant. The hotel is a shitshow.

The breakfast was good & the location was great as well; close to nightlife & restaurants. Free welcome drink was a nice touch as well.

The electrics in the room we booked had problems, the power would trip after a minute or two so we were moved rooms but never got the balcony we paid for & the room wasn't as nice or as big as the one we booked. The room we ended up with was okay but it wasn't what we wanted or expected yet we still were charged for the superior room with balcony.
