almost everything: no lift (we were in the 4th floor), impolite staff, a lot of noise during the nights, the pictures do not correspond with reality…

Very nice location, clean and nice room. The breakfast was delicious. I really liked the bar area.

The breakfast offers only a few options so it's not the best for a longer stay.

The property has the best location. Its quite and so close to the center.

Perfect location!

I have paid more than as was specified in the reservation. The room was not cleaned and I have to inform the reception that they gave to me a dirty room from another client. The manager said to me that the doubles rooms are just for one person, and for second person I had to pay more ( even that in Booking was specified that the room with the price was for two people.

The staff are kind and the place gives family vibes.🔝

I didn't stay at this hotel. I am albanian and one thing I have understood is that there are two primary types of albanians, the human ones who are some of the best people on earth and the greedy ones whose mentality in life revolves around the word Lek (money). Unfortunately the owner of this business belongs to the second category. I booked a quadruple room which was on sale (room was spacious and looked great in the photos) but when I arrived at the property I was introduced to a small room which was totally not the one I was shown on my booking. Having had this situation times and times again in the past in other properties I decided to stand for myself and to demand the proper room for which I had agreed to stay. The girl at the counter was very friendly and communicative, but when she called the owner, I heard he was very angry. She passed me the phone and he started agressively questioning me "So you people want huge rooms for little money huh??!" Repeating this question in a very agressive and totally rude way also adding "I dont care about Booking.com, special sales or whatever you understand??" At this point I was literally shocked and in disbelief at the tantrum that the owner threw at me over a totally solvable situation. I immediately replied back politely that we would leave right there and then. At first he didn't want to refund us but after he called again and started trying to make it up offering us the bigger room (from what I understood most of the rooms were free that evening and the owner valued more his frustration over that fact instead of the wellbeing and satisfaction of his customers) but at this point there was no way that I could stay in this property anymore, the owner broke the most basic and important concept of hospitality: Trust. (Besa, also the foundation of albanian society) At least they refunded us and the matter was resolved promptly.

It was near the center and it was quiet. The rooms were cleaned and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the shower the water pressure was so low and they could fix it so easily and i always wonder why they don’t fix these small but important things.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of Tirana. A few minutes walk and you are on the main square, so everything is nearby. The staff and the owner is incredibly welcoming, beyond helpful and smiling!The cleaning lady makes you feel like you're a family!!!

I am an Albanian who wanted a room for 1 full day and night with optimal conditions. But in Sanremo villas the conditions were below optimal. When I arrived, the air conditioner didn't work, I had a lot of cold in the room, the TV also didn't work, the room was small, there was very little water, it wasn't clean at all, the photos on the internet had nothing to do with reality. When I told the owner these complaints, he told me more arrogantly, you got low cost. Room service that was written there does not exist, the girl who worked at the reception was very rude. I do not recommend it at all, pay a little more, don't be deceived by the price. Jam nje shqiptar qe doja nje dhome per 1 te plote dite e nate me kushte optimale. Por në vilat e Sanremos kushtet ishin nën optimale. Kur erdha kondicioneri nuk punonte, kisha shume ftohje ne dhome, gjithashtu nuk punonte televizori, dhoma ishte e vogel, kishte shume pak uje, nuk ishte fare i paster, fotot në internet nuk kishin asnjë lidhje me realitetin. Kur i thashë pronarit këto ankesa, ai më tha me arrogancë, ke marrë kosto të ulët. Shërbimi në dhomë që ishte shkruar aty nuk ekziston, vajza që punonte në recepsion ishte shumë e vrazhdë. Nuk e rekomandoj fare, paguani pak me shume, mos u mashtroni nga cmimi.
