I loved the host very quick with responding! The place had everything we needed and more very clean just perfect and cozy! And the view was amazing!! Literally location was great for everything right beside condo get your coffee!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was very nice, great location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony when not at the beach. Maybe a little tight for sleeping six adults, since two slept on the pull out couch, but we came from three different states, so a lot of family time. Loved it!

We have been going to Ocean City for the last 10 years, we have stayed in El Capitan 4 of the last 10 years and this is the best unit in El Capitan by far!!! Prior to arriving the communication with Joan was great, she was responsive and informative. Upon arriving at the unit and walking in, we walked in and was amazed on how clean and updated the unit was. It was extremely clean, walls must have just been painted, and the large island in the middle of the kitchen allowed for a more open feel. The unit is well stocked, beds and furniture were updated, plenty of sand toys/chairs. The people watching from this unit is the best, we spent many nights sitting on the deck in the big heavy chairs just enjoying the evening. Although this unit is one of the closest to the boardwalk, once in the bedrooms there was no noise (easy to sleep). We will definitely want to stay in this unit again next year! Thank you for making our trip that much more special.

We thought our first vacation here last summer was great, but Joan really went above and beyond in making improvements. The kitchen/dining area were beautifully redone and in such a way as to make it more functional. The ease of check in and check out are awesome and Joan is just a text or call away for any questions that arise. I like the the personal text to just check in and ask if all is going well. Top notch! 5+ stars from this return renter!

This property was a great find and made for an amazing vacation. It’s located right in the middle of the action, but still allows you to retreat back into some peace, quiet, and privacy. The pool was a great resource for the kids, but the overall star was the porch - people watching, relaxing, watching summer storms. A great visit!

Once again this was an amazing stay at the most beautiful condo and location. The owners have recently renovated the property and when we thought things couldn’t get any better “BOOM”. The renovation has took this unit to a whole different level of warmth and comfort. They have done an incredible job on this unit. This is and always will be our get away. Thank you Dave & Joan.

This property was Amazing.. Joan was so great to work with.. condo was beautiful all updated.. perfect location.. we parked the car when we arrived and walked to everything. The balcony was amazing for relaxing and people watching lol we enjoyed a beautiful clean beach .. no smoking no trash .. beautiful soft white sand .. right across from the sand volleyball courts .. so my shops and places to eat we walked to .. I can’t say enough!! Thank you to the owner Joan and her husband for an amazing vacation!!

This is our second time staying at this property. Easy check in process, quick communication with owner, spotless condo! We love the location- can’t be beat! The updated, stocked kitchen- wow! We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the ocean views and people watching on the boardwalk. We will be back… again!

Everything was exactly as described in the description. Very clean and the beds were not hard. It was nice to be on the boardwalk and right at the ocean. Host was easy to reach and if you have any questions, she responded quickly. Will definitely come back again.

My group of friends who travel regularly for concerts booked Joan's condo to attend a nearby music festival. We arrived right before the festival was cancelled and decided to make the best of the long weekend in Ocean City. This condo is in a great location and anything you might need is within walking distance. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. Communication with Joan was easy and prompt, even when I asked about weather and hurricanes! I would most definitely stay here again!

I’m always nervous about choosing the right place to stay on vacation. I’ve been disappointed in the past. I became immediately comfortable when walking into the condo and very appreciative that the owner was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location couldn’t have been better. Our adult special needs daughter loves the beach, boardwalk and Dunkin’ Donuts and they we all a few steps away. Seeing her so happy just made the vacation even more enjoyable.

One of the best experiences with a host. Unit was very nice and convenient to everything. Our only complaint is as non-smokers the neighboring unit did allow smoking which was at times unpleasant but certainly not something our unit host could control.

My family and I have been vacationing in OC, MD for the past 14 summers. Previous years we always stayed in a condo on the Boardwalk at 24th Street so I was admittedly a bit leery as to the noise and action of the Boardwalk at this location. However, there is no need for concern about the outside noise. In addition to being quiet the condo was clean, comfortable and had many amenities that made for a very enjoyable place to stay. Joan reached out to us previous to our trip with helpful suggestions and the offer to keep in touch for anything needed during our week long stay. The location is perfect and allows you to be close to shopping, dining and of course the water. I highly recommend this condo and plan on returning again for my next vacation to Ocean City.

This property is perfect for family especially with little ones. Everything is in close range and the view is from the porch is perfect. The condo is immaculate and makes you feel right at home. The property owners are more than attentive and the sweetest couple. They were super helpful and made the anxiety of going away for a week with little ones a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

For our return trip to Ocean City, we wanted to stay right on the boardwalk. This condo did not disappoint! My husband and I enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean and easy access to the beach, and the kids (teenagers) loved their time on the boardwalk! While being in the middle of the action, it was also still just a short walk to several water attractions we enjoy on the harbor. Prior to our arrival, Joan messaged to provide details for check-in and answered our questions. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get in and the condo was just as described. The split level provided separate spaces, the kitchen was well stocked, a washer/dryer was a plus, and the place was very clean. Every time we leave Ocean City, the kids start talking about “next year” before we even leave the parking lot. This time was no different. Thanks for a great stay!

This was one of the overall best vacations my family has had. The description of the unit was spot on! It was not only the perfect location- within the building, on the boardwalk, near the pool- it was so quiet and relaxing once you closed the doors. We were there over the 4th of July holiday, and even with the hustle & bustle of the holiday crowds, the condo was quiet! The unit was super clean and the owner went out of her way to answer any questions I had both before and during our stay. As a single mom (of only 2 yrs) traveling with a 14 yo & twin 12 yos, this was just the type of place we needed. There was plenty to do for everyone (I highly recommend parasailing, it was an unbelievable experience) and as we drove home, the kids asked if we could come back to the same place next summer! That has never happened before, and there was nothing I could say except "absolutely! ". There's still more we'd like to do & see. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars 🌟 this rental & the owners certainly deserve it! Needless to say, I highly recommend it!

Very clean and spacious condo in the middle of everything to do on the boardwalk.

My children (ages 10 and 11) and I LOVED our stay! What a perfect spot- The condominium was exactly as listed, it was impeccably clean, and the host was extremely responsive. The unit was beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. I much appreciated the beach chairs and hairdryers in each bathroom (we forgot ours!). Although we did not cook much, the kitchen had everything… I was traveling alone with my two children and picked a spot due to easy accessibility to boardwalk, pool, beach, everything! We had the most perfect weekend. The host, Joan, responded immediately to my questions. It was a perfect getaway for us! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

The home was very welcoming and clean. Direct access to the beach made it easy with 4 kids. Wonderful home, we would definitely recommend staying here!
