Room was clean.

Staff were bad. Way overpriced. Not in a good central location. Their laundry prices were more expensive than a 7 star hotel! Also, I tell staff to lock my bike. Come back hours later, no lock on my bike. Tell staff I don’t need room service. They wake me up at 2pm from a nap asking if I want room service

The staff was nice. The room is large and clean. The bathroom is what I like the most: well-designed, large, modern equipment, good light system. The location is very good.

The air conditioner was very noisy. I could hear some weird noise from it. The pillows are thick and hard. I wasn't able to sleep soundly with the issues from both air conditioner and the pillows.

Staff were friendly. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel.

Central location, beautiful, cool and not noisy, I was lucky to get a free upgrade. The room is very large and clean, very good value for money, nothing to criticize. Next time will definitely choose to stay here

Being right in the centre of the nightlife district, rooms probably exceeded expectation. Lovely , comfortable and clean. Didn't use the restaurant but it looked very good.

they don’t speak English. aircon didn’t work one night, tolerates didn’t flinch for 2 nights.

I am disabled and the staff went out of there way to be helpful. Also we left an expensive item in the closet and did not realize it until we were at the airport. We called and they are shipping it to the states for us. Very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Good rooms / hotel. Quiet, clean, cool (a/c) rooms. Good location- 10 minute walk to the main tourists sites,

bed was comfortable, toilet and shower was good and clean and nice

staff couldn’t really communicate in English. we had booked from 7-8 May and I asked the owner(?) via chat if we could late check out since we were actually only going to check in on 8 may very early morning. owner said ok to check out at 2pm but when upon reaching, staff insisted we check out at 12pm as per normal. only after much insistence then did he let us check out at 1pm, and we had to rush back to check out because of that. room was overall clean but there was a used tissue on the bed head so that was not so good.
