Property was clean, bright and attractive. The location was ideal for us, as our granddaughter was an in-patient at the University Hospital of South Wales, which was a five minute drive away.
There wasn’t really any room to store food items in the kitchen area, and the bed was only double sized rather than king sized with a mattress which could do with replacing. Sofa beds in sitting area would only be suitable for children.

It was tidy and bright with french doors.
The instructions were very clear about how to get in / check out and the whole place felt separate and tucked out the way so was very cosy.
The door to the bedroom wouldn’t shut properly so could hear everything in the main room but it wasn’t too much of an issue as we all get up around the same time.

Within walking distance of University Hospital Wales, lot's of good eateries nearby, quite off street location, comfortable.
Shower power slightly lower than ideal but otherwise nice, clean bathroom facilities.

It was very clean, modern looking and cosy. The location was great. Close to everywhere we visited which included Cardiff Castle, St David's shopping centre, Cardiff bay and more. Also 30 mins from the beach in Barry island. The accommodation was very clean and presentable. The sofa beds turned into beds with ease and were good for the kids.

Good location for us, private entrance, quiet, plenty of space
Damp sheets tucked into the bed. General wear such as broken pedal bin in the kitchen, shower attached loose on the wall, signs of black mould on lower walls. Feel it was overpriced for the quality.

The property was clean and organised and ready for me. Coffee and tea facilities with supplies which is always good. Seperate enterance to the property.
On Street parking on a busy road. Not keen to leave my car there on such a busy through road and there was lots of permit parking only around the property. Shame really

It was ideal for me as it was close to my family and they expected dogs plus it was all on the same level
I found the settees and bed a bit low to get up from but this is due to my age and disability.

Location was good for the Sports uni and takeaways within 100m. Excellent value for money and great coms from Mike. Facilities good, annex was spacious and we enjoyed our stay
Could have done with a light on the pathway from the gate and Road is very busy so may want to think about parking on side street (but owner does say this)

The location was great for our trip to move our daughter into the university.
There was no hot water in either the bathroom or the kitchen. Having checked previous reviews this appears to be an age old problem that has never been rectified by the owner.
We have probably been spoilt by other properties that provide a welcome pack in self catering accommodation - thankfully we were in our camper so had all the basic essentials already with us.

The location was excellent - only a 10 minute drive from the city centre. Plenty of parking space in a lovely neighbourhood. Shops and restaurant within walking distance. The collection for the keys was hassle free with privacy from host throughout our stay.

Great little annex with its own private entrance. The bed was comfy. More than enough towels and bedding were provided. Really quiet place

Location for me was perfect as it was only 20minutes from where I needed to be. Quite a quiet area. Parking wasn't an issue as there was space around the corner of the next road if there wasn't Infront of the house. Nice large space with all the essentials. When I had an issue, Mike was quick to resolve it.
If there were more people staying there, you would possibly struggle to have space to put clothes and luggage as there's not much in the way of storage, but that's being really picky

Great property, very spacious and ideal location for temporary workers in the hospital, which is just a short walk away. Quiet area, but close to shops and takeouts. The place was spotless, nicely decorated and fully equipped for longer stays (for cooking, laundry etc.). I would definitely recommend.
The only issue was the broken hot water tap in bathroom.
