The house and location was absolutely great. It accommodated two families of four. We had plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We all were very pleased with this house. Thank you.

Very nice home with lots of things you would have in your own home. Lot's of space for everybody. Very homely and private home.

Whenever we come to OC, we always stay at 25 Beach Walk! The house is conveniently located next to the pool, beach and clubhouse. The interior decor and furniture are extremely comfortable and we feel like its our home away from home. The kitchen is fitted with all cooking utensils and items making it easy to stay in a cook healthy meals.

stairs were difficult for elderly parents. next time will try to find place with bedroom on main floor. Other than that , plenty to do close by, great food options, bars, stores, beach access. Community amenities great. will book again

Sunset island is a great place to stay, our house rental was everything we wanted. Clean , updated and the location to the pool facilities and beach was perfect! Look forward to coming back again

We really enjoyed our family time in this huge home. The bikes were a great feature. Our teens enjoyed biking around town with their cousin and exploring a bit. There was plenty of room for two families. The house was spotless and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful! We previously stayed at this home and were pleasently surprised by the top to bottom facelift with fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. One item that is unchanged from our prior visit is our evening happy hour on the upper front porch with water view. We especially enjoyed our spring bike rides and so glad there were new bikes available.

Love this property in OC! Regardless of the season this property and the owner/property manager never disappoints. Indoor pool in the winter, Fresh linens, all the kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, enough seating for everyone of all ages makes this place one of OC’s best kept secrets. Can’t wait to visit again!

The only thing decent about this property is the close proximity to the pool and beach. Everything and I mean everything about this place is disgusting. It was filthy dirty to the point that we had to deep clean before we unpacked. Everything is worn, dated, shabby and dirty. One of the bedrooms has a peeling wall behind the bed. That room couldn't be used because we were afraid pieces would fall off while we were sleeping. Most of the door locks didn't work. In fact, one night the door blew wide open because it didn't lock properly. Furniture and walls were all scuffed and marred. Carpeting was so filthy that we wouldn't walk barefoot. Let's see, a toilet seat was cracked in half, the cords on blinds were so tangled that they were unusable. Screens were torn. Microwave didn't work. Coffeepot about to die. We had to buy blankets to put over the furniture because the upholstery is so dirty. I am by no means a perfectionist, but for almost $4000 a week, I do have certain expectations and this met none of them. I can honestly say I have stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and less shabby than this place. I wish I could post photos to show that I am not exaggerating. There are plenty of other rentals in this community that have to be nicer than this one. Very disappointing. 😡

We loved our stay at 25 Beach Walk. We would rent this property again. We appreciated the full bathroom on the first floor and the super close walk to the pool. We stayed with extended family and used 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 4 of the 5 bathrooms. The place was spacious and the front deck overlooks the water. Two living areas with two TVs on the main floor gave all of us plenty of space to spread out which was great. We are big fans of Sunset Island. Absolutely a perfect place for family, especially if you have small children. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Which is why we are giving in 4 instead of 5 stars. When we arrived there were dirty linens still on the porch, food and beverages were still in the kitchen cabinets and fridge, and the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing. There were cigarette butts and ashes on the outdoor table. We also found left over laundry in the washer. It was a bummer to walk into such a great property in that condition. We let it slide and chalked it up to the tough labor market and did some deep cleaning ourselves as we settled in. This has very little to do with the property itself and more to do with the cleaning staff, we believe. It is clear this property gets a lot of use (maybe due for some paint touch ups), and that part didn't really bother us, but something to keep in mind. We would definitely choose this property again, especially if the cleaning staff responds to the feedback!

The only things we didn’t like that when we arrived there was still the bags with laundry in front of the house and stayed there for a few days ☹️ Also the garbage can outside was full. Everything else was great!!

Must stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and beachy. Close to all the bars and restaurants. We loved staying in this community. It's a getaway from the craziness of OC, yet a quick and convenient walk or cab ride away from everywhere you want to be. The pool is also a plus-- with poolside food and drink service. Would highly recommend!

This home was well equipped, large and comfortable with an extension for an extra family room off the kitchen. The built-ins and hardwood floors gave the home an upscale feel. It is located less than a block to the pool, and has water views off the second story porch. We will be back!

"This house is a favorite in Sunset Island! Our family enjoyed our stay over a long weekend in September. The home was close to the outdoor pool which was still open. It had a very well equipped kitchen, better than any rental I've been in. It was furnished comfortably and convenient to all the amenities of the community.
