Very cozy and happy place to visit for larger groups.

All the Showers in all bathrooms had low pressure and low water flow. Maintenance is needed.

Excellent facilities, plenty of room for all of our party (13 of us), with more if needed. 1st floor had 4 rooms with a mix of single and bunk beds, 2nd floor had 4 rooms, each with a double bed. Well stocked Kitchen/Social room was very good with huge TV and dining table, cooking facilities were very well thought out. Large dressing/prep room was a great hit the ladies with mirrors, hairdryers and counters. 2 shower rooms, loos and a proper bathroom too. There is plenty of cleaning gear too, so please be nice to the host and the staff and clean up after yourselves.

Being situated in Cathays, it's in the middle of Student-ville and on street parking is at a premium, especially in term time.

We loved the house all new and modern , great sized rooms, beds really comfortable. The house is so much bigger than we thought. Really tastefully decorated. Great kitchen ware glasses etc for drinks, champagne glasses beer glasses etc Massive fridge and freezer

Could do with some extra tea towels apart from that we couldn’t fault a single thing!
