The views were exceptional and it was Clean and comfortable.

The games in the game room ate some of our quarters.

It’s very bed experience!! First thing walking in condo 1507 dirty carpet will welcomed you. Ooh my gosh the carpet was extremely dirty and nasty. Living room sofa is dirty and covered with king size blanket to hide the nasty sofa and 2 chairs are very next to sofa too. The dining room chair nail was sticking out and hurt my 9 old daughter butt ooh my gosh She sets down she screams she didn’t know nail was sticking out under the cousin. All closet are full of dirty linen and dirty pillows everywhere. We called maintenance but they couldn’t do anything except took 2 heavy duty black bags of stuff removed from closet but still there were too much personal stuff we couldn’t hang out our clothes because only 2 hungers inter 4 closet and none of them we couldn’t use it!!! Master bedroom closet door broken and couldn’t open it!!! There was Nasty men’s underwear/ boxer master bedroom drawer yikes,yikes!!!’whole entire master bathroom has half roll of toilet paper so we had to buy it some!!! On the balcony chairs are rusted and nasty we couldn’t set down to see view we were always stayed outside next swim pool or bar area only came to sleep!!! 1 thing is not right you be ok with it but whole thing was wrong that condo. Nothing close to pictures booking.com or described it except ocean view. I would say it’s cheating put it on website nice pictures and took people money and gave people bad service!!! Free WiFi didn’t work because my husband had to go downstairs the next to check in office to get connected to WiFi got the zoom meeting!!! I feel bad my kids and husband like the dirty place because I booked it in booking.com.if one person didn’t like it I would be fine but all of us upset whole time!!! I never write reviews before I didn’t want bu my kids and husband plus myself did not like the place 1507. It is full of scams!! Hopefully management reaches out us hurting my 9 years old daughter butt and rented us unhygienic condo!!!! We need money back!!!

I liked the location.

Firstly, the outdated decor and small, dense pillows may have made it less comfortable than desired (two very small pillows per bed). Additionally, discovering trash under the beds was a bit off-putting. While the issue with the public wifi not being accessible wasn't a huge inconvenience, it would have been a nice amenity to have, especially for staying connected during the stay. The small and outdated TVs might have also detracted from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, it seems like the condo was still decent for a stay, although perhaps not quite worth the price paid.

Almost every thing place was well maintained, location good very clean .

The elevators are a big drawback for our return as to much time was spent waiting.Sometimes we waited 15-20 minutes for one . That makes you feel like you have to plan your trips back to your apartment around the time waiting for it.

Our UNIT was very nice except blinds in Master were missing/broken. But it was a nice room but we didn't plan to be there as much as we were but we didn't want to fight the traffic in the ELEVATORS!!!!!! UGH!

The ridiculousness that management had so many families arriving at 4:00!!!! All of us WAITING in line to drop off our stuff, then WAITING for elevators.....Spent too much time on vacation WAITING!!!We arrived at 3:35 and was asked to come BACK to get our keys in 10 minutes because it was too early to give us our keys. ..when we drove around block, had to wait over 20 minutes in line to unpack our car in line and another 30+ to get into ELEVATOR!!!!!!! Then NO BINS!!!! The angry handyman closed the pool because kids were hanging on rope. But we ALL suffered instead of him asking those families to leave. NOT a good Management Decision. It was closed ALL THAT DAY afterwards. GAME ROOM was terrible. My 2 young grandsons were upset as they lost their money on the games they wanted to play. No one around to give them their money back. One day we went to 22nd floor to swim/work out. A/C was not working. The facility was just not kept up to good standards. Much different than when we were there last year. Pools, private beach with chairs & umbrellas, tiki bar. Extra parking at 100th St municipal lot for $10 per day or $40 per week only a 3 minute walk away.

One elevator was down, and only 3 created long waits.

The location is perfect.

The bathroom doors are really close to the toilets.
