Location was excellent and the house is amazing. Loved the style of it, it was perfect for our large group!

There was nothing not to like

Lovely location, just a cab ride to city centre, a massive house with rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Host was a phone call away when we couldn’t find the cutlery

There were some rooms that didn’t have hot water at times but didn’t affect us too much!

The house was in the perfect location. Easy to find with shops and bars close by. The house was lovely and the social space was the perfect size for our group. We had everything we needed for a weekend away.

The parking gate didn't always close so had some issues with other people parking, despite all the private parking signs! Which made it more tricky for our party to get in and out of the available spaces.

It was such an amazing house. So much room. Loved the fact every room had a bathroom. It’s in an amazing location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Helps that there is a secure private car park

Some rooms were a little dated but overall we loved it.

The property was perfect for our weekend catching up with old friends. A great space downstairs and then plenty of bedrooms with all en-suites. House was clean and up together and in a fantastic location!

The location of House was amazing, It is on the bay as it says, with so much parking, enough for 5-6 cars if you parked well. The owner also let us park from 11 on the day even though we couldn't check in until 3pm. The house is large, and the rooms are good sizes, every room has a bathroom, but not a proper shower. Like a shower head hanging from the wall, and in some cases the clip on the wall was broken, so you had to shower yourself. The kitchen / Dining room was a great size, and had a table for 14 which was fab. Large fridge and 2 cookers and kettles.

The top floor had ants, most of them was in the bedroom off the terrace, it was infested with them, we had advised the owner and apparently no one else has ever mention ants and they have sent in pest control. They were mainly in the bathroom, but when we woke we had them in our bed, in our drinks, suitcase everywhere. We also had a terrible smell in the master bedroom which unfortunately had the bride to be in, and downstairs in the toilets and by the back door the smell was awful, it was also dirty we had to shuffle the mess by the back door getting rid of all the cigarette ends that had been left from previous guests. There was also a lack of glasses, we didn't have 14 drinking glasses for example, there was more than 14 in total, but all different shapes and sizes, we ended bringing ours form home for the hen party as that made it easier, also there was only 13 forks, i ended up eating my dinner with a spoon, things like that hasn't been checked in a long time. The house it self looks amazing in the photos and I think it was when they were taken, but i imagine that was a long time ago, wall paper peeling, mattress in one room didn't fit the bed, paint peeled off where people had stuck sellotape and took it off in a hurry. If that wasn't enough the master bedroom then developed a leak as we were leaving and soaked my friends coat and bed. All of this was reported to the owner. The owner has refunded a small amount back to us, but not enough in my opinion.

Great place for a party weekend, great rooms. A bit out of the centre but easy to get to in an Uber. Great it has parking. Overall would highly recommend!
