Didn’t leave this review until I booked for next year. Property perfectly situated on the beach, close to north side park and every amenity you could possibly need. Impeccably clean, a pretty notable accomplishment for a beach front unit. Modern and well stocked kitchen. Both bathrooms are newer and clean and in perfect working order. Felt comfortable allowing our teenage girls to walk alone to local shops. Cannot wait for 2022 trip!!! Thank you to the owners, turnkey and the cleaning staff

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location and we liked the condo. There were two things that put a damper on things. The one shower was broke when we got there so everyone had to share one bathroom. Also the water was never on outside to spray the sand off our feet. I was disappointed that no one from Turnkey ever contacted us to make things right.

Disappointed , great area but property a let down.

Easy in and easy out process. Shower grout and walls need to be address as the shower had some discoloration starting in the grout snd perhaps some mold near the ceiling. The faucet handle fell off ans when we notified them they were aware of it but perhaps they should have told me ahead of time.

Although the actual condo is smaller than it appears in the photos, it was perfect for the two of us and nicely appointed. Perfect location with steps to the beach and awesome view!

Nice place, nice beach in front, close to restaurants. Master bed was a tad hard, but otherwise great.

We took a trip this past week and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the interior of the condo was. Definitely worth every penny. The only issue was the microwave did not work at all upon arrival but, everything else was fantastic.

The best part of this rental is the balcony with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean.

Very nice and quiet place for vacations

The location of the place was perfect. We were within walking distances of a couple of different restaurants and points of entertainment without the crowd of the boardwalk. However the place itself is outdated. None of the TV’s worked properly nor did the DVD players. There were 3 coffee makers and none of those worked. For the most part it was okay but o wouldn’t stay at this particular one again.

This was my first experience with Vacasa and I had my fingers crossed. I was not disappointed. This condo is located perfectly on the beach, easy to get to, no problem parking and still within walking distance of food and activities. Definitely a family vibe without a lot of noise. The condo itself was very clean with all the amenities of home. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and there is a Food Lion and Acme within ten minutes to pickup all the ingredients. Pickup foil and plastic wrap for any leftovers as you will need to provide those. Loved the washer and dryer and not having to go home to suitcases of dirty laundry. The balcony was absolutely wonderful to watch the sun rise and set with a cup of coffee with the waves right in front of you. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room to spread out. Another reviewer mentioned the remotes and I’ll agree in the living room area it was a little bit of a hassle to get them to work, but we only had one evening where we watched TV! The boardwalk is a short drive but everything is close in OC so I had no issue with not being on that main drag. We completely enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend! We will be back!

We've stayed here before and it's a great property. Great location and very well maintained. We didn't have the best weather but we made the best of it!
