This house was awesome, well stocked kitchen, great views from the deck. My dog loved the fenced in yard. The hot tub was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

First, the house is beautiful. Second, cleaning not so much. We arrived to a large puddle on the floor and chair in the dining room from a leak in the ceiling. Fridge had not been cleaned out from previous renter. Pot holders were filthy with food and hair on them. Bedspread had a fresh "something" brown on it. Trash had turned over outside and covered the driveway. Including food, broken glass beer bottles etc. Fan doesn't work in downstairs bathroom. I contacted Vacasa. They said they would send someone out right away. Never heard from anyone.

The property was well stocked with anything you might desire for a home away from home. Very comfortable. Great beds and bathrooms phenomenal kitchen. We had a wonderful trip.

The house was beautiful but it was the dirtiest house I've ever rented and I've stayed in pretty many. The floors were so dirty that our feet became black within minutes of taking our shoes off. The countertops, cabinets and even dishes were sticky on arrival. The dishwasher from previous guests was still running so we had to put someone else's dishes away. Then there were "clean" linens on the beds but we had to make them ourselves. The blankets were stained and the trash cans outside were overflowing so there wasnt much room for our trash. We had to do some cleaning when we first arrived just to feel comfortable staying there. We loved the amenities the house offered but honestly the cleanliness did put a damper on our vacation. Should not be paying a cleaning fee just to clean the place ourselves. It was probably cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Property management was notified of the situation but when asked for a refund on at least the cleaning fee, I got no resolution and very vague responses. The only thing that was offered was to have someone else come over after we checked in to clean. This honestly was very dissapointing and I would not reccomend this house because of it.

Loved our stay ! Perfect location! Amazing property with so so many amenities. Can say enough great things about this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Wharf wonder. Our family loved the yard, firepit, and the dock. The decks were very nice but we wished that the covered deck was waterproof. It rained 2 of the 5 days we were there so would have enjoyed a covered spot to sit outside. But the inside was so nice, we had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy. Place was nicely furnished and every detail was thought of. Kitchen wonderfully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Beds were comfortable. Things were clean. Mats in bathroom could use a cleaning but other than that, it was clean. We would gladly stay here again!

Loved the kitchen, balconies, outdoor fireplace, walking distance to the ocean. Roku.

The house is as shown, maybe even better. The house is very well appointed with high end finishes. Great location for all we wanted to do. Very nice to look at the water and fish from the dock. Easy walk to the beach.

This rental was above and beyond our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It is either brand new construction or recently renovated. The home is spacious and comfortable (despite the mattresses being on the firm side). There are so many high end features that made a difference- like the manual citrus juice squeezer, the 6 burner Thor gas stove, the pot filler, the speaker system in the living room, the huge and lovely bathtub in one of the upstairs bathrooms, the linens that are provided, the new and comfortable couch, the 6 barstools at the kitchen counter, the stocked pantry, the electric fireplace, the fire pit outside next to the water, the chaise lounges on the deck overlooking the canal, the brand new outdoor grill….. I’ll stop here, but there are more. Thank you Vacasa for this spectacular experience!

We picked this property for a two night stay because the yard was fenced in and we are trying to teach our young German Shepherd dog to be a good traveler. The house was beautiful, clean and right on a canal. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The sunsets were lovely to watch from the deck. The fence, although not high, was enough to show our guy his boundaries and he enjoyed the yard and didn’t even jump off the dock into the canal. It was a short drive from the house to the Fenwick Island Delaware State Park, which was essentially empty during mid-week of the last week in April. We hope to come back again with more of our family a longer stay.

The home was spacious for a family of 5. The deck facing the canal was great. Pet friendly and all. Will be booking another stay in the future.
