Shower was very average looking. Windows didn't shut properly. Doors slammed and rocked walls from neigbours and I could hear them coughing, and worst of all the wifi was totally rubbish - unusable. Won't stay there again.

The pictures of this hotel were a little misleading. Our first room had black mold all through the bathroom. The shaver plug had a big crack in it, the bathroom light switch wasn't functioning properly, and the shower door hinges were about to break. The bed was very uncomfortable, and you could feel the wires in the mattress. There was flaking paint in the room and damage to corners. Overall, the hotel was in a state of disrepair. We were upgraded to a better room. This was in a better state, and the bed was more comfortable, however there was still black mold in the shower.

The service at check in was friendly and helpful and staff were helpful with directions and other questions. The room was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable.

Easy and affordable!!! Very friendly staff! My boyfriend forgot his toothbrush and they provided free toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The walls in the Room need a refresh, otherwise we were happy!

Reviews of this hotel is not great. So, I wasn't expecting much. But we were pleasantly surprised with it. It's not brand new, but it feels clean and safe. Definitely worth the money.

Staff were great, helpful and polite. Our room really needed some maintenance, the paint was peeling around the shower, the mirror on the wardrobe was cracked and had duct tape over it and the walls were very marked and needed painting. The bed was very big and comfortable and the room was clean. Shower had great water pressure.

Not impressed that I contacted the Hotel ahead of booking to ensure in-house parking was available and the staff advised that I was not able to pre-book that! Their description of they cannot do that came across more like the would not / were not allowed - still to understand why!

Issue with room cleanliness. Staff changed to other room without knowing number of people. Had to through room change 2 times for just one night. With all this, they charged parking fees . No shear hospitality! NOT Recommended!

The staff were great, buffet breakfast was great and the location was central making it easy to walk to places. It’s very loud at night and you can hear all the street noise, this didn’t bother me but it may be a problem for others. The room itself wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom, the paint was peeling away from the walls, there was food on the floor when we checked in and it was very dusty on most surfaces. In my view, the mould is a serious concern and should be dealt with.

Accommodation provided good value for money. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, which made a great first impression. Staff are professional, friendly, efficient and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was on top floor, air con unit or something on roof was extremely noisy. Rooms not sound proofed so could here little kid singing early in morning as well as people talking normally in rooms on either side.
