Old fashioned facility. Though hotel is clean, it certainly needs renovation. Staff is helpful and polite. Dinner food is average. Breakfast was good. Felt Little gloomy at hotel.

Sheets are not clean and saw hairs and stains etc. They charged extra person fee, but there are no extra blanket, towel, pillow etc.

Looked dirty within the property and in rooms especially shower areas. Bed sheets felt like sandpaper, couldnt check me in until 3:15 even though check jn was 12:30. Staff tried hard but it felt like putting lip stick on a pig.

Not on par with a 4 star hotel. The ambience was shady. The maintenance was dirty. Food was below par. No Hot water. No timely room service.

Check in was very smooth. Team is very helpful. Ensuring Covid precautions by disinfecting baggage. Overall a good experience

I have been traveling for last 20 years, but i have only written reviews when you are overwhelmed with level and type of service provided. This property and staff really went way over the expectations of a frequent traveller. Great service and special thanks to Manager Mohan - he was amazingly kind and professional at the same time. This hotel is one of the better ones in the immediate surrounding areas. The staff and facilities are great although service can sometimes lack. I enjoyed staying here for more than a week. I did encounter a number of staff that went above and beyond and on the other hand I encounter a number of staff that did not take service seriously. I think that's very typical in this region of India. The location is convenient in the Whitefield area and walkable to ITPL and several malls, although the sidewalks and streets are not very pedestrian friendly. Getting to the nearby malls and office park can sometimes be challenging. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and had a wide spread from western food to local Indian fares.

No frills hotel with basic amenities and could do with a bit of a lift. There is a very large construction project next door so my room was very noisy unfortunately and right through the night.Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and good OK but I’d put this at the high end of the budget hotel scale.

Though the Bengaluru City is a very busy city, After returning to this hotel I felt relaxed and comfortable. Rooms had all the facilities I needed including food and drink in mini bar, all the toiletries, WiFi, TV and also an Iron. The interiors of the rooms are well organised, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The room service is also very good. I was able to get some of my work done with a peace of mind while in the room sitting by the window enjoying the busy city view, while the room service brought me my food into my room. The food was also fantastic. The Breakfast and the Dinner Buffets were extra ordinary as I enjoyed all the food. The number of choices were also great even though I was a vegetarian. I even got to know some of the staff at the end of the stay which were very friendly and caring. Chef Esat, and the staff which includes Chandan, Rukmani and Taday did a fantastic job to keep us pleased. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going there.

Phone, wifi, and cable service all malfunctioned at least once during the stay. Only one credit card machine would accept my international Visa card. On one Wednesday night, I placed an order that was taking exceptionally long so the restaurant manager insisted that I get another item as a courtesy. I obliged in the sub-par "courtesy" dish that he then made me pay for on my way out. The hotel front desk arranged for a pre-paid taxi that was extremely late in arriving then the taxi driver chased me down for payment as I rushed out of the cab to check-in at the airport. Lastly, I received numerous emails for Sunday brunch, despite my repeated requests to be removed from the distribution list.

Stayed here on a business trip and was quite pleased overall. The room was spacious and, being a splash room, it had a great view of the outdoor pool. Air conditioning worked very well, bottles of water were provided along with toiletries and more. Breakfast was beyond superb and my favorite part of the stay. The spa onsite is nice and affordable. Wifi was spotty and water temperature was fickle. Staff was very friendly and overly eager to service my room.

I only spent a couple of nights here but it was very comfortable. It has the same amenities as many of the larger hotels but is more unique and personable, and quite a bit cheaper. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had stayed for 6 days and liked the hotel. Only bad point about is the choice of menu for lunch and dinner. Lot of items in the menu is not available and after couple of days, you run out of choice. Room service was very good and prompt and facilities like Gym and pool was good. I like the pool table (though not full fledged).

Checking in at the reception was a Breeze. Good work to the staff at the counters and the rest of the team which show good team work in the organasition.

Aloft hotels are excellent , i loved the rooms and the service. The food was also ok !
