Good location short walk from town helpful staff, great coffee and extremely clean. Only issue was the bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were like rocks, otherwise it was excellent value for the money

The hotel is about 1 mile from central Tirana however with the price and service i can not fault it at all.Erick at the reception desk and the other guy were very kind and helpful. The bed was extra comfortable and quiet place will definitely visit again.

Nice hotwl with nice people working there. A little far in to the city center but mot worse then you could walk in around 10 minutes. All in all a niice pace :)

It was not as close as it is said on the website to the city center. It takes around 20 minutes by walk and 10 minutes by taxi to the city center. It doesn't offer breakfast which is a big downside. Apart from that, all the receptionists were really helpful and friendly. It makes you forget about the disadvantages of the hotel. Housekeeping was okay too.

Been staying before with this hotel, so i choosed it again but this time a bit dissapointed. Bedsheets were dirty, had to change them by myself in midnight (due to my late arrival there was no housekeeping working ). in the morning houskeeping enteres in the room without even knocking. They had an easy parking and they allowed me to park my car there even after the hours of check out.

Lovely accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Nice balcony to sit out on during the evening. Near the beautiful Tirana park with a scenic walk into the city. Lots of bars, shops nearby. House keepers were very efficient each day with cleaning the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped with any request we had. Fantastic stay in Tirana.

Spacy and comfortable residence for a group. Some little details that influenced the general feeling: leaky toilet, squeaky single beds, missing blankets from beds, not enough dish for five people for having breakfast ect.
Note: THERE IS NO BREAKFAST available at this hotel. Only hot beverages.

The front desk people were great and very helpful. There were some small problems with the room. No lightbulb above the sink in the bathroom which should gave been an easy fix but they didnt do anything about it.

Very attentive staff. We checked in at night without any problems. And later the staff helped with all the questions. Comfortable mattresses. The city center is 20-25 minutes away
