Welcome drinks could had been more interesting with other non-alcoholic options, besides just coffee and tea. But im just suggesting. It’s nice that they already have a welcome drink for guests.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to cater for vegetarians. The manager at the coffee house was kind enough to even offer me vegan options but too bad I already took the set and had the breakfast.

Toiletries were quite basic with no shampoo or lotion. Would have been great to have them. Request for an extra pillow but was told that I need to pay for it. The pillow was a bit too soft for me. The breakfast came in sets. Instead it would have been better to give an option of food for mix and match. Especially for vegetarians and vegans..

Wir hatten extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, bekamen dann leider eins unter einem Zimmer mit Renovierungsarbeiten.. unverständlich … dann war auch noch die Klimaanlage defekt und es regnete durch das undichte Fenster 🤷🏻‍♀️… spätestens dann hätten wir uns ein Zimmerwechsel Angebot seitens des Managements gewünscht … aber dieses kam erst nach unserer Nachfrage diesem Wunsch nach … denn zuvor behauptete der Handwerker noch er habe die Klimaanlage nun repariert und es sei normal so …. (Im späteren Zimmer war es definitiv besser) … Pech an diesem Tag für uns? … hätte man professioneller lösen können

Because its been newly refurbished, nothing to complain about the room. The best thing is the prime location of the hotel being within walking distance from Concubine Lane and the old town

limited parking . I have to park my car on the rather narrow drive way of the basement carpark. If you return late, you may find yourself without a car park in the hotel basement and have to park at a secondary car park quite a distance away.

It was smaller room then previous before. Kinda felt disappointed as I got the previous time facing the Wisma taiko and field side. Just didn’t like the one facing the river.

I needed.an affordable safe place to stay for the night. This fit the bill. Clean neat rooms. There is a 7/11 on the premises so you can buy anything you need. The hotel is being renovated so this review might not be a reflection of what it's like when they are fully operational. Very central location.

The hotel has no driveway. You are basically stopping on the main road. Parking is also limited. The surrounding area is quite deserted at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant.

The location is central, just walking distance to Concubine Lane. The room is clean and well designed. Looks new too. Near to train station too.

Parking is a problem.

Parking space provided however limited. Room entertainment is good, and comes with free movies.

Bedding arrangement is very minimal and provided with one thin pillow each.

Clean and comfortable with nice mattress. Nice view from the room.

旧市街に近いうえに、とても落ち着いた雰囲気が保たれていました。また、スタッフがとても親切でした。

The location is just in the intersection towards old town and new town. Very close to the train station as well. Tricky to navigate if hauling suitcases but ok if carrying a backpack only. Front desk ordered a Grab to the train station for RM 5 only. There is a security by the door who was always ready to open the doors for you. Very helpful if you have suitcases to haul in and out.

Das Hotel ist super. In der Lobby ist ein 7eleven. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral.

The location is good. Only 10 minute walking distance from nearby Ipoh railway station. Also lots of cafes, pub and restaurants are available just opposite the road. Chinese restaurants are more in number along with Indian and locals.

They don't give you any extra towel or any option to put just outside the washroom. Therefore every time when you come out of the bathroom, the room usually get wet and no option is left for you to wipe the water. Management should think about it.
