My only issue is they kept some of my deposit and there's no reason they should have as I barely slept on the bed and took a shower most of the room was untouched and nobody can give me an answer why

Provides the basics for a decent price. Good pillows, ok bed, shower. My only complaint would be no microwave in room. The only microwave is located elsewhere on the property, which is closed by 10pm.

Great affordable spot to stay near Disneyland park. Short walk to shops. Room service was on top of everything. Front desk was helpful with all our parties needs. Accidentally left my AirPods in the room upon check out and front desk was able to retrieve and ship them to my house. No negatives about my stay.

The room keys! We did everything we could to not demagnetize the cards but almost each and everytime they wouldn’t with and we would have to walk back to the office to have them reprogrammed, where the staff would ask questions like we did something wrong to the key. Ok, maybe management makes them be extremely condescending to their guests about the quality of their keys but it didn’t feel good to know you are keeping the key in the cardboard and away from everything else but it still not work AND then to be given the 3rd degree by the employees. All over their own keys! It definitely will be a factor in choosing this place again.

Was very nice. Clean, easy access, nice shower, nice refrigerator, really nice hair blow dryer, and nice closet. Only complaint is that there wasn’t a plug in (outlet) on each side of the bed. It wasn’t a big deal just makes charging the phone at night slightly annoying. Otherwise one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed at.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was not fancy but really clean. Bedding was comfortable. My only issue is they have a parking fee now that started at the end of September that wasn’t advertised. Despite that, the location was close to both the Convention Center, shops and Disneyland. Will stay here again.

Overall stay was good considering the price and location. The first night the people above us kept us up until 1:30, and our second night the people above us woke us up at 5:30 in the morning. Wouldn’t stay on the first floor again.

Room was big, it was nice and clean. You could hear some outside noise and neighbours and nothing fancy however perfect place to stay if doing Disney. Would say here again.

Our stay was only for one night and a last minute decision after having to cancel our flight out. Room was fine other than the shower not draining properly and the bed were pretty uncomfortable. For the price and one night to allow us to visit downtown Disney, I would say it was worth it.

This was my second stay here from the UK and i love it! It’s an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland and is surrounded by lots of dining options. The area feels safe. The rooms are a good size and were very clean. Definitely worth the price for the stay and will definitely come back here again.

Price was good. Walking distance from the parks (about 15-20 minutes). Outdated but clean. Beds are just ok but after a long day at the parks they do the job. We were able to sleep. Area is noisy but that is to be expected. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Parking fee is annoying, but everyone is doing it, and their fee is a little cheaper than everyone else ($15/day). If you are looking for a no-frills affordable option to staying near the parks, this is a good one. We would stay her again.

First time staying and we will be back! The outside is very dated and it may give the impression that it is a dump but that is not the case! Clean, updated bathrooms, and furniture and comfortable beds. Amazing front desk staff, very friendly and helpful!

I have stayed at the Kings Inn several times and the rooms are always clean and tidy.

The room looks clean and presentable, no residues or mess from previous stay. Towels, soaps were refilled while we were gone as well as our beds made throughout the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I said no room service, but local businesses were able to provide services. The worst issue is that I found the shower water pressure was a bit low. Other than that, two thumbs up. Two queen beds, which is exactly what we needed. No elevator to the 2nd floor, FYI, but we were on the ground floor, which was great. I would recommend, and I will return.

We are Disney pass holders so we like to come up for a night or two every now and then and the Kings inn has been great. My son had a licensed service dog and they have no issues with him never had an issue even though pets are not allowed.
Only downside would be the parking structure next door and the stupid kids that think it’s a racetrack and or reving their engines to set off car alarms

Staff seen at check in and out was super nice.
The hotel is close enough to the park and on your way to the park, there is a 7 eleven in case you need to grab breakfast on the way.
There are a bunch of food options around as well. We didn't try them.
Water pressure was a bit on the lower end, but nothing dramatic (it's important for some people)

It was clean, bed was comfortable, it was walking distance to Disneyland. It is an older property and not fancy but it was perfect for us!

One bed was hard the other was soft and lunmpy and very squeaky. Shower had a bad head. Not sure about other rooms.

Everything you'd expect was there and working. The only thing that kind of sucked was there's this phone that kept making a weird beeping sound by the bed and had to turn it off.
Other than that, the staff was friendly and unintrusive
