Lovely helpful staff,

The hotel looked a wuite run down from the outside, but the inside was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, towels and shower gel. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach so a great location.

Great value hotel close to Bournemouth at Boscombe. Super easy access to the beach. Train station 25 min walk to Bournemouth or Pokesdown. All amenities for dining super close. Really friendly hosts and respectful of privacy. Property condition a little tired, but very comfortable, clean and fab value for the area. Good parking for free. Would definitely recommend,

This is a dog and pet friendly hotel. The proprietors couldn't have been kinder and more helpful especially as this was the first time we had taken our 2 dogs to a hotel. Pam even made up biscuit packs for them 2 phone calls received to check which type of room, and we were given a large sea view room for pet comfort! Down side no garden or outside area however beach was a short walk away. Hotel furnishing a bit dated No dining facilities, restaurants nearby including beach front bars. Shower didn't work, but this was going to be fixed Generally a comfortable stay with kind owners.

Lovely weekend stay at Denewood hotel. Great room,very comfortable and Pam was absolutely wonderful, warm and friendly giving me a real sense of home from home and so accommodating. She is a fabulous asset. I look forward to returning. Nick J -St Albans.

Owner was friendly and welcoming. The property naturally shows its age but everything works and is serviceable, so when you look at value for money I think you would actually struggle to find a better place. Highly recommend staying here. Beach is such short walk away and I would also recommend the Flamingo cafe (the hotel owner recommended it).

A great value place to stay close to to the 02 Academy where i was going to a gig. A friendly welcome by the host. Not noisy and i got a good night's sleep. If i went to the 02 again and needed an overnight stay this place would def be on the list. Fulfilled my needs perfectly for a cheap price.

Loved everything about this hotel. Heating was not working and was given a portable one which helped a lot.

Lovely old building , tired in places which added to the charm !! Alan very helpful and a pleasure to meet . Room was lovely and well furnished. .Plenty of hot water and heating.. Would definitely book again ,we were very happy !!!

Very polite helpful friendly I be back

Perfectly placed for a quick break on the coast. Chosen for the location and we were pleased with the sizeable and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. A little bit of the decor needed repainting, but that was not a problem for us and we will definitely be returning, when the good weather comes back.

Good value for money, very convenient private parking. Good position to visit Boscombe, it's about 30 minutes walk to Bournemouth pier. Toiletries are not replaced daily.

The staff were so welcoming and lovely. Attended all questions to give us the best experience possible in Boscome.

Staff were very Helpfull and NICE. We paid a very good price. For the money we would go again. Decor a bit tired. BUT VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. AND PLENTY OF FREE PARKING. Being CLOSE TO SEA was a Bonus.

This family run property was perfectly historical with a wonderful story behind it and a short distance from the peaceful end of the beach. The room was nice although the fridge didnt work, the tv reception was poor and the water pressure wasnt very strong, it was clean enough, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and Pam particularly was very helpful and she made the stay perfect with her advice and consideration. It was a lovely place to stay.

A warm welcome..lovely hotel. We were right at the top of the hotel = alot of stairs but had a sea view and the room was very nice ...nice and close to the sea and to boscombe high street for cheaper food options..

Had a wonderful long weekend, staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! Would most definitely return later this summer if I can!

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was very big as well. The room had a fridge as well which was very useful. Excellent value for money.

I had a brilliant stay, Alan was super friendly on my arrival, the hotel was clean and light, the location was excellent too. I will stay here again for sure.

Friendly service neat and tidy stay no complaints

We stayed at the Denewood Hotel for 2 nights. Our party consisted of two adults and a dog. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The double room was far bigger than expected, clean and tidy. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room had a lovely sea view. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities provided. There was also a small fridge. The suite facilities included a bath with overhead shower. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. This hotel provides good value for money and although the decor is a little dated it is in keeping with the age and history of the building. We would definitely stay again.

Having normally stayed in 3 or 4 star hotels I was apprehensive. I can say I was not disappointed. Help with my bag was given on arrival by genuine friendly proprietor. The room was better than I expected for a single room, all very clean bathroom and bedroom. I would stay again as overall value for money was important to me. Worth recommending.

It was an amazing and pleasant stay. Hotel is very near to the Boscombe beach and you have everything available within walkable distance. We choose the Family room for 2 nights and the room was Large enough for 3. Host Allen was very helpful and directed us on the events happening in Bournemouth Will visit again.
