If you enjoy staying in student accommodation but prefer to pay a 4 star hotel room rate, this property is for you.

1. There was no toilet seat in the upstairs shared bathroom. 2. Extractor fans in each bathroom are clogged with dust and dead skin cells. 3. There is an enormous amount of litter strewn all over the main entrance to the property. 4. One of the glass panels to main front door was broken with jagged glass protruding. No attempt was made to replace or to make safe the damaged glass panel during the duration of the stay. 5. The furnishings and bedding are what you expect to find in a downmarket student let. The bottom sheet in the bedroom I used was actually a single duvet cover which did not fit the bed correctly. 6. The only place where WiFi is available is in the downstairs’ master bedroom. WiFi is not available in the kitchen or lounge area. or in any of the upstairs bedrooms. Therefore as the TV in the lounge works only on WiFi it was not available to use. 7. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is for show only-it does not reach to the top of the bath nor does it reach the full length of the bath therefore it is completely pointless having a shower curtain in place. As a result the downstairs bathroom floor becomes incredibly wet. 8. More importantly than the above both shower units in two separate bathrooms did not work - there was no hot water from either of them. Numerous complaints were made to the property maintenance email address but the response on each occasion was that a property maintenance report form had to be completed before they could consider any repairs. The property maintenance company even suggested that I did not know how to operate the hot water boiler system and that is why both electric showers (that are independent to a house’s heat system) we’re not working. After remonstrating with Marianne and her colleagues at the property maintenance company for 36 hours to have both showers working we left the property and check in to alternative accommodation.

With car park

Terrible experience during our stay. Hardly to find the car park and not enough essential supply, only half roll of toilet paper and 2 dish washer tables for 6 nights stay. Only washing machine but no dry function. Someone bang and shout the neighbour door at the 2nd night at 3am ask for money back until 4am
