Ruined vacation. Black mold on bunk bed. Ants everywhere. Shower wasnt clean and kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival. Bedroom and bathroom doors dont close. the whole way. Microwave was broke. Etc times 10. Floors sinking. Left during middle of vacation but management was great in processing refund.

Moldy, falling apart, not for seven people, not a queen bed, extremely tight living quarters, tiny bathroom, mold stench. False advertising. No contact with host. One parking space, nice pool. Nice location for party people, max one couple and two tiny kids, but the mold stench and the people partying till 3:30 am next door was alot. Bad experience. Will never ever use Vacasa again.

Very flattering pictures for this listing. Not nearly as much space as the images show. There was some money thrown at this property for upgrades but there are some underlying conditions that were not fixed and just covered up. The floors are a mess. There is a strong musty odor. The AC units do not remove the humidity from the air. So you are left sleeping in dampness. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom is upgraded, but TINY. Barely enough room to stand and get dressed. The contractor work is shotty. None of the doors close properly. The bathroom door does not lock, NOR does it slide all the way closed. A 3/4" crack remains, so you do not have privacy. Also, the track on the bottom of the shower doors was installed backwards, so with each shower, water is running out and onto the floor (which is not caulked) contributing to the mold issue.

First of all the description on the site is wrong. It says that it fits 7 people I’d say the max number for this place is 4 it is so small we had seven people because it said it fits seven never again. It looked so much bigger in the pictures when we first got here the smell was awful when we walked in. We literally had to open all the windows to air the place out which made the place hot because it was hot out that day and we couldn’t obviously keep the cool air in from the ACs because we needed to air the place out, it said supplied linen and washrag for each person that was coming we had three sets of towels here. I had to email text call to get somebody to bring us more towels and to tell them about how dirty this place was there was still trash in the coop holes in the dresser drawers from the last people, I understand the mattresses have mattress protectors on them. There were stains all over the mattress protectors that look like stains, which was gross. The second day we woke up there were ants all over the kitchen in our food and everything. There is no shower pressure at all. The shower sucks. The dressers were so disgustingly dirty like they haven’t been wiped down forever. The kitchen floor is starting to sink in. If you bring a dog there is no grassy spots for the dog to go to the bathroom, it’s all stone, you need a parking pass to park here. I understand it says that online and it also says only one vehicle we were able to fit vehicles in our parking spot.

My family and I stayed at the Parrot Bay Condo for the first time this year. We had fun! My children enjoyed the bunk bed, and the cottage where we used to stay every summer did not have a pool, so having the 3-5 foot pool was another feature that enhanced our vacation this year. I wished I had a fly swatter because flies do get in the house, but we would stay here again if it’s available again next year. Recommended!
