Overall, it was a good stay. It is convenient for an early flight out of Midway, and the shuttle is always on time. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and barely made eye contact with us. However, the morning staff was exceptional!

The hotel is fine the staff was great. We drove 13 hours (road trip from Virginia traveling to South Dakota) and showed at 3 pm for check in just to be informed that the hotel canceled my reservation. They did not call me . I was using my phone as GPS so they send a email about the cancelation. What really disappointed me was that I called a day earlier to make sure everything was fine and I was informed that everything was great and waiting for our arrival. Thank God! One of the associates was able to find us rooms on spot. We could not get the bed requirement because there were no more 2 queen beds room available. Nice place but I don’t find them reliable. Will never booked with them again. I have use hotels.com for more than 10 years and this is the only hotel that canceled my reservation upon arrival. On our return trip we stayed next door on the IHG hotel better service. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. You need peace of mind when traveling and they are not reliable. We book the other hotels in advance and we did not encounter any issue. Just with this one.

The tub was stopped up you could barely get clean towels the air didn’t work the breakfast was terrible it was not clean in that area at all the staff was rude barely at the desk you pay for parking and there is barely a place to pack

I booked this hotel because it was right across from a shuttle going to North Coast Festival. The staff were super friendly & were able to get us early check in which was very much appreciated. My main complaint, which is a big one, is that the room smelled super moldy which really messed with my asthma/breathing. I didn't see any mold but there's no vent in the bathroom which seems like a bad idea. There was also something weird/gross under the desk area left by a past guest. The carpeting in the hallway on floor 5 is coming up & causing a potential tripping hazard. The breakfast was nice, but I don't think I'd book this hotel again due to the mold smell & the lack of pool/hot tub.

My room, 130 was ok. The bathroom needs some maintenance as there is rust in the tub, the toilet run and it rocks a bit when you sit down.
The continental breakfast was ok, but I didn't go expecting 5 star quality. The person cooking was very nice and accommodating.
