Both rooms we tried had a smokey smell even though they say it is a 100% non-smoking.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
Very small TV but efficient heating and cooling in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located to Midway airport. Is located next to multiple hotels and felt safe. Multiple restaurants located by the hotel. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to/from airport. Bus stop is across the street #54B takes you to the Midway CTA station. You can catch the orange line into downtown Chicago.

We had a super early flight and loved having the option to shuttle to and from the airport and park our car at the hotel for the duration of our trip. it made the travel home a lot smoother.

This hotel is so-so. Room was not very clean. Toilet hardly flushed. Bathtub was clogged. Good thing we only stayed for an early morning flight. Plus $24 to park, heck the airport is only $15.

Daisy at the front desk was an angel to my band of weary musicians. She got us checked in early and we had a very pleasant stay in a well-run property.

It is about 10 min from midway, so that's the best thing i can say about it. When i pulled up there was a homless man sleeping on the front bench of the property with a bottle of alcohol next to him. They had a security guard that walked right past him several times when i was trying to unload my car. The location and property did not feel safe.
Also, they charge a $29 parking fee per day which is not disclosed on hotels.com. With the amount of people walking and hanging in the parking lot, it did not feel secure. They should have paid me to park my car there. Geeesh

Got stuck at midway due to flight cancellation. Chose this hotel and it was very nice. Large clean room. Had everything we needed and free breakfast.

Housekeeping services leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom had urine drops on the back of the toilet and there was hair in the tub. Also, the microwave had food all splattered in it. However, the bed was clean and comfortable including the pillows. The airport shuttle was also a nice amenity. Overall, our stay was good.

Jill the night shift front desk person was AMAZING!! We’d had trouble with our car rental and as a single women with my 4 year old on the south side of Chicago was not where I wanted to be alone at 2am but she talked with me on the phone and gave clear instructions. Then when we got there she was ready and greeted us with a smile and kindness. She was very helpful and understanding. She made the experience. The hotel was beautiful and easy to get to with a shuttle. Our room was clean and comfortable. The showerhead was amazing. And we didn’t eat but the food smelt delicious for breakfast.

Borderline rude when she had asked about the shuttle. Also service was a little lack luster with the breakfast. I get things run out but for EVERYTHING to be out was not a great look. To have guest come and say "it's all gone. There is nothing" was not great. Otherwise I would consider staying there again. The shuttle was so easy to make use of the subway line.
