Staff were friendly. The lady managing the breakfast area ensured that we were satisfied with the selection and was attentive.

Ashley at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her and she made us feel very welcome. A big thank you and shout out to Ashley.

The customer service was excellent and the hotel was ideally situated. Our room was sizeable and great for our needs but the room was always humid and moist (like it was in dire need of needing a dehumidifier) from the time we walked through the door until our trip was over.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Best Western’s, but this one by far was the best! The staff was always on point to answer questions, make recommendations and show care and compassion to their guest. Ashley went out her way to ensure everyone was well taken care of!

The sheets were dirty. The staff was not as welcoming, or friendly as other places we have stayed in OC. They do not advertise that there is no pool. The breakfast layout if terrible, the worst we have experienced in a hotel.

Bathroom door lock was broken. Condition of the room was okay but had issue with the payment which they could’ve given credit when I paid the first night and my card was stolen but somehow still made me pay the full payment again on spot. The employees were helpful but manager could have been just a bit more helpful for our stay as we were a large group for a 4 day stay
