Excellent customer service and location. The concierge Debbie was especially helpful planning an exiting excursion to shifen and the waterfalls.

Fantastic location, average hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom is small, bed is firm. The shower ceiling is 6ft high, so if you're taller that 6 ft you will need a different hotel. Overall though, the biggest downside is the poor service. The staff here is friendly but extremely rigid to the point of being unreasonable. In particular, they would not allow any flexibility of checkout time without paying an absurd fee (ex. pay for half night fee if you want to check out a minute after 11am).

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Nice amenities and very comfortable beds. Special thanks to Katie and Gennie (sp?) for their help during our visit!

Hotel is new and room size is decent. Toilet seat is heated and comes with wash functions. The bathroom/shower cubicle is clean and is equipped with both a rain shower and a hand held shower. Breakfast is excellent but spread remains unchanged daily. Only complaint is the bed is hard and uncomfortable.

The people here are Amazing! The breakfast was so good that none of us dared to miss this as the highlight of our day. We left a Gucci belt behind and the front seat immediately contacted us to arrange to ship it back to us to the US. We were always offered an umbrella for the rain and treated warmly for every entrance. Sheets are so good and clean and the water pressure in the shower is great. Walk to night market was so convenient. Fantastic location, service, and breakfast. Best hotel stay in our Adia trip
