Good breakfast, very friendly staff, great location

Rooms are old looking, smells weird, sofa bed, needs new mattress felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. Room needed better cleaning.

I really liked the set up of having a kitchen and microwave, stove and a good size fridge.

Sofa bed mattress wires very hard and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced or come with a mattress egg crate topper.

Staff was so friendly

No fan in the bathroom and rooms could use a deeper clean.

I liked the eating area, pool & jacuzzi.

I didn't like the rooms. The toilet was old and blocked and had to call the front desk to fix it. There was only 1 elevator, and it was busy and slow moving.

I was told the price would be one thing and then it changed and money was pulled from my account. Hair on the bathroom ceiling. My uncle broke out in a bad rash

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the selection of breakfast. I stayed here before several times I liked the variety of breakfast they had before. this time my experience was not good. the breakfast was bad and the condition of the hotel is bad overall.

The location to the parks is great! The front staff was really nice.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby was very well lite and clean. Great channels on TV. Staff Member Brian was awesome. He spoke very well, explained the hotel amenities and locations and made sure me and my family had everything we needed. Hotel manager (sorry forgot her name) was also very nice and welcoming. Thumbs up to the staff.

The room is dirty, there was hair on floor and in the tube, it doesn’t smell good. You will pay to park your car and you can sign the hotel isn’t responsible for your car there.

Run down property. It needs a refresh pretty badly. The elevator almost didn’t work.

We really loved the complimentary breakfast that happened every morning! Saved us a couple bucks and time before heading down to Disneyland. Also, really loved the staff working there! They were really helpful and made our experience worth it. Definitely booking a stay here in the future (:

the blankets had stains, the female receptionists were abrupt and not friendly. there was no greeting when we came and went from hotel. the breakfast wasn’t very nice. the saving grace was the lovely people cleaning up during breakfast an elderly lady and Nelson. who were very friendly and helpful. The Mexican male receptionist in the morning was also nice. the rest of them not. I rang up to ask a question one day and the female on phone said an abrupt no and hung up on me without even saying goodbye or anything. I don’t know if it’s an American to be so rude but I haven’t experienced that in the other places we travelled such as Asia, Europe, especially in hotels that cost quite a bit for a stay. rooms need deep cleaning, window sills dirty and smelled yucky in hallways and elevator was old and worn.

Room was clean and cosy. Quite big. Family of five got comfortable
