Loved the very large, open lobby with lots of gathering areas. The bar area was very nice. Large, well appointed clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Lots of parking space.

One of the elevators was broken which was a little inconvenient, but that was only temporary.

Here's the negative the staff at your bar bur-bun were horrendous ill tempered, rude and I even witnessed one couple walk out it is nothing like your website portrays it. Next for the money I spent on a king suit it has some issues. First the Ac was noisy and making a clunking sound also the toilet would continue to run after being flushed, and I do believe that the room had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel

No USB ports in the room… BUT the staff let me borrow a plug for my phone cable and they deserve 2 thumbs up for customer service

We did not eat breakfast. The prices were too high. We ate at Bur Bun and it was terrible, the service was terrible and the food was expensive!!

The atrium setting makes the whole place way to loud. The food was terrible and expensive. The location was not great especially for the price. No way to walk to anything. The people at the front desk were nice.
