The gentleman in the lobby was very accommodating and offered to find a room on the first floor which was great, but my overall impression was not one that I expected, and I did not feel comfortable staying there with my family.

I ended up not staying. The add online that I responded to showed a swimmng pool...there isn't one. When I arrived, a man outside was painting around a window that was covered in plastic and there were mattresses sitting outside propped against the wall. We went up to our room; it had an odd odor. There is no elevator; we were on the second floor - I have bad knees and my dog has bad hips. When I first arrived there was no one in the lobby. I waited for 5 minutes. When I returned to the lobby, a woman with a child was walking out with a Swiffer. That being said, the gentleman in the lobby was very accomodating and offered to find a room on the first floor which was great, but my overall impression was not one that I expected and I did not feel comfortable staying there with my family. Staff friendly. Room was comfy. Kitchen had nothing until I asked for it and then was given everything and more. It's the way the extended stay hotel worked. Easy car parking.

It was far out of Nashville. A good 20 mins in car to get to where tourists want to be. The fire alarm that went off in the night and nearly gave me heart failure. No staff around. Waited a good 30 mins before the mentally loud sirens and flashing lights were turned off by fire brigade. The long term residents said this happened a lot.

On the first floor. It felt like a relaxed home.

Hotel was getting a face lift. Lots of big machine's in the way of parking or less parking spots. Lack of being informed of construction. Needs more spots for dogs to potty or play and run off leash. They have cooking oven but no Utensils for cooking or utensils for eating.

Sorry, nothing good. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm almost 60 years old. I've seen a lot and I'm easy going. Have never written a bad review before but had to say how BAD it was!

Directed to wrong building, asked if towels in room/told yes but none there. Trash everywhere. Very dirty room, used old bar of soap in dirty soap scum covered bath/shower. Room smelled strong musty smell

I'm not one to go by reviews like to find out for myself, I know often times people are quick to put a negative review before they would a good one. I stayed four nights and had zero complaints room is very clean staff is friendly especially Samantha she was very helpful in directing me places I needed to go, very knowledgeable about the area, has a very positive attitude and anything to accommodate what I needed..myself working in customer service knows what it means when you get someone that goes above and beyond and that's what Samantha does, she is definitely an asset to your company I will not hesitate to return in the future and would be glad to recommend you to family or friends.
