We cant use the pool. The door is closed.

It was very close to Disneyland. The room was perfect for our family.

Wish it offered breakfast even if it was for an extra fee.

The room was clean and met the expectations for the price which was paid.

The rooms could use a remodel, and would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel included. Also, really important to turn in the parking pass or you will be charged $40. We did turn it in, but unusual this was a policy.

The room setup was great. You need a key to access the building safety point! The beds were comfortable. Ac worked great.

Very outdated, VERY. The room just gets flipped and not cleaned. The bathroom floors were dirty along with the vents caked in dust. Our bathroom sink was clogged and no maintenance until the morning. The lamps were falling off the wall, half of the outlets didn’t work. Parking was terrible. Got a huge dent.

Our bathroom counter got wet so I dried it off with a towel and the towel was black after, so the counter definitely wasn’t clean. We also never had room service stop by so our trashes were overflowing.

Location was perfect for Disney. Walking to Disneyland was like a 10 minute walk. It was a great stay.

El hotel esta a solo 3 cuadras de Disneyland, ademas hay muchos lugares alredor para las comidas, fue una estancia super agradable, el personal es muy amable.

que no hay baños en el lobby, y no puedes pagar tu estancia en efectivo a tu llegada, tienes que esperar al check out. Mientras tanto hacen una pre autorizacion en tu TC, que se liberara una semana depues de tu estancia.

Lack of WiFi connection

The room was spacious for a family of four including the balcony and decently clean.

What made me not highly rate is there were no microwave the chairs and table from the outside balcony were not comfy at all, and the bathtub faucet made alot of noise. Toiletries need upgrade. No complimentary breakfast.

The customer service was fantastic especially after the incident we ran into with my card being cancelled at the beginning of the trip. Maria was able to help us so much and I can not thank her enough. Our room was great especially for the price we paid and we had no issues. I see people complain about it being run down and older but our room was perfectly fine, to us it was just a place for us to sleep when we weren’t in the parks. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

N/A overall I really liked it. Everyone complains about the fact that they don’t serve breakfast but I brought my own food so I wasn’t really bothered. If I had to be nit picky maybe the parking in the front was a little difficult when we were checking in and out but we left the car in the garage all weekend and had no issues.

Locations is close to Disneyland, the staff were kind and helpful. The room was a decent size and clean. There was a pool but we didn't have time to use iit..

The hotel is looking a bit dingy, dated and in need of some updates. Pillows were tiny, carpets needs a refresh. I would not recommend at full price but highly recommend at a discounted rate.

The staff were very professional and provided excellent assistance. We came early and they helped answer all our questions and were prompt whenever we needed anything. I took my family to Disneyland and the room and location fit our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.

There could have been more/better pillows but I am picky.

The location was perfect...

Bed where a little rough you can feel the spring or what ever was giving the cushion.. Room smell like dirty laundry and carpet was disgusting my family walk barefoot and feet turned black... The shower curtain was ripped and shower head felt like it was going. To fall if you adjust it You can see the trail on the carpet we're people walk and the carpet was dark color ...that was bad. O and they advertised like there was a gym ...omg... not even close to a gym ...
